Hello Dr. Darwin, I was reaching out to get a few questions answered if you don’t mind me asking. I’m a military service member whose looking to get into dentistry after serving eight years on active duty. Do you believe it’s too late to start a new career going towards dentistry (28 years of age)? Also, I have my bachelors of art in psychology from American military university but still have to take all mandatory prerequisites to be consider as an applicant for dental school. Plus, taking the DAT as well. Do you have any guidance that can possibly help me out while going on this journey? Do you think pre-dent would be a good cause for an older student? Should I seek another degree or just take Mandatory science prerequisites and DAT before applying? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and God bless!
