I would like to ask for your help to check if what I wrote is correct.
1. 저는 건강을 증진하고 바람을 쐬기 위해 아침에 산책을 하며 나 자신을 소중히 여겨요. 그리고 저는 돈독한 관계를 유지하기 위해 가족하고 친구들과 함께 비행기나 자동차 여행하고 맛집 탐방을 가요. 마지막으로 저는 지식을 넓히고 자신감을 높이기 위해 새로운 새로운 것 배우고 능력 개발해요.
2. 저는 이 문서의 일부 한국 단어를 이해하지 못해요.

Can I use 하다 and 되다 interchangeably, as long as I use the correct particles?

What is the difference between 기대하다/되다 and 고대하다? Is there a verb 고대되다?

1. It's clear and grammatically correct, but there are a couple of changes needed for smoother flow. It's just my opinion, which is NOT the only correct way. Other changes can be made depending on what you are implying and emphasizing. 😀
저는 [건강을 증진하고 바람을 쐬기 위해] 아침에 산책을 하[며] [나] 자신을 소중히 여겨요.
→ 저는 [건강을 위해서] 아침에 산책을 하[고] [제] 자신을 소중히 여겨요. : 건강을 증진하다 sounds too formal. 바람을 쐬다 sounds too informal, and it's usually used when you are stressed out and need to get some fresh air. In this sense, these two different reasons (formal, general + informal, specific) don't fit together well.
그리고 저는 [돈독한 관계를 유지하기 위해 가족하고 친구들과] 함께 [비행기나 자동차] 여행하고 맛집 탐방을 가요.
→ 그리고 저는 [가족하고 친구들과 돈독한 관계를 유지하기 위해서] 함께 여행하고 맛집 탐방을 가요. : It sounds more natural to mention who you want to keep a close relationship with. And if you want to clarify how you travel then…it's better to say 비행기나 자동차로 함께 여행하고 맛집 탐방을 가요.
마지막으로 저는 지식을 넓히고 자신감을 높이기 위해 새로운 [것] 배우고 [능력] 개발해요.
→ 마지막으로 저는 지식을 넓히고 자신감을 높이기 위해, 새로운 [것을] 배우고 [능력을] 개발해요. : Because this sentence and the entire writing sounds a bit formal, it's better to add 을/를.
2. It's also clear and grammatically correct. Just two things. 1) 문서 usually refers to legal documents, which is super formal. 일부 is also super formal. But the sentence endings are a bit informal. So it's best to make a change here. 2) 한국어 단어 sounds more natural but if it's obvious that you are talking about Korean words, then it's better just say 단어.
3. Both sentences can be translated the same but actually they include subtle nuances. Because 하다 is active, 되다 is passive. 기대하고 있어요 - 'you're looking forward to something. 기대돼요 - 'you get excited about something'.
더 건강하고 행복한 삶을 기대하고 있어요.
: I'm looking forward to the life ...
더 건강하고 행복한 삶이 기대돼요.
: I'm excited about the life...
저는 케이크와 쿠키를 만드는 법을 배우기를 기대하고 있어요.
: I'm looking forward to learning ...
저는 케이크와 쿠키를 만드는 법을 배우기가 기대돼요. I'm excited about learning...

제가 건강을 위해서 아침에 산책을 함으로써 스스로를 소중해요. 그리고 저는 가족하고 친구들과 돈독한 관계를 유지하기 위해서 함께 여행하고 맛집 탐방을 가요. 마지막으로 저는 지식을 넓히고 자신감을 높이기 위해, 새로운 것을 배우고 능력을 개발해요.
제가 건강을 위해서 아침에 산책을 함으로써 제 자신을 소중히 여겨요. 그리고 저는 가족하고 친구들과 돈독한 관계를 유지하기 위해서 함께 여행하고 맛집 탐방을 가요. 마지막으로 저는 지식을 넓히고 자신감을 높이기 위해, 새로운 것을 배우고 능력을 개발해요.

1. 제가(→저는) 건강을 위해서 아침에 산책을 함으로써(→산책을 하고) 스스로를 소중해요 (→소중히 여겨요). 그리고 저는 가족하고 친구들과 돈독한 관계를 유지하기 위해서 함께 여행하고 맛집 탐방을 가요. 마지막으로 저는 지식을 넓히고 자신감을 높이기 위해, 새로운 것을 배우고 능력을 개발해요.
제가(→저는) 건강을 위해서 아침에 산책을 함으로써(→산책을 하고) 제 자신을 소중히 여겨요. 그리고 저는 가족하고 친구들과 돈독한 관계를 유지하기 위해서 함께 여행하고 맛집 탐방을 가요. 마지막으로 저는 지식을 넓히고 자신감을 높이기 위해, 새로운 것을 배우고 능력을 개발해요.
👉으로써 is a cause/reason and folllowed by the result. So it would make sense if you say…e.g. 아침에 산책을 함으로써 몸과 마음을 모두 건강하게 할 수있어요.
2. 저는 이 신청의 단어를 조금밖에 이해하지 못해요.
(→신청?)
저는 이 신청의 단어를 조금밖에 이해 못 해요.
(→신청?)
저는 이 신청의 단어를 단어를 조금밖에 잘 모르겠어요(→조금밖에 모르겠어요).
👉신청 indicates the action of applying for something. So if you meant the application form, 신청서 is the better option.
3. Although 기대하다 and 고대하다 mean the same in English, 고대하다 is used only in a limited context. 고대하다 implies that you are TERRIBLY (고) looking forwards to something. This 고 sounds a bit strong, so 고대하다 is more common in formal writing.

For my last attempt, I tried to fix my sentences to see if I sounded more natural this time.
저는 몸과 마음을 모두 건강하게 하려고 아침에 산책을 해요. 그리고 가족, 친구들과 돈독한 관계를 유지하려고 그 사람들이랑 같이 여행하고 맛집 탐방을 가요. 마지막으로 지식을 넓히고 자신감을 높으려고 새로운 것 배우고 기술 개발하고 있어요. 제 자신 소중히 여기고 싶어서 이런 것을 다 해요.
