I also personally advice to apply for spring semester October and November the embassy is not as busy as July and August.

>Have a lot of finances... Like a lot and they should be legit. They are their to protect you.
>Passport should be six months beyond your stay. If you want to study for 4years get one for 5years or even ten yes please. I got my visa denied because my passport was expiring exactly six months after my arrival so I had to get in new one, they look for any fault to deny you one. Read all instructions carefully and do research on your school and its benefit.
Interviews don't just end at the Embassy, you will be interviewed by customs once you enter America, many people lie so they have to know if you're legit. Do not mention anything about working in the US, that's a red flag.
>Last but not least answer the questions they ask you directly, don't explain too much it will put you in trouble. Speaking from experience.
>Once you visa is approved be ready to start Running, theres so much that needs to be done the moment that plane touches US soil. Study like your life depends on it because opportunity come once.
*Prayer, fasting and seeking the face of God is also needed,trust me if you do not add God with this,nothing might come out of it.
>And be very prepared because life in America is very expensive, study but also live life to the fullest not forgetting God who has brought you thus far 💕

I have a question, my is pertaining to the fact that I was denied an F-1 visa on the 30th of december 2019 under section 214band my school resumption date is on the 30th of January 2020. Is it advisable to apply for an interview on the 17th of January which is next available date ?

I would like to ask if the information you provided in the first interview can affect your second interview! Do they relate them or it's a new whole thing????
The story is different for everyone. In my own case, it was as if I just came for the first time. The consular officer did not mention anything about my first interview
In my case the second information I provided affected my second interview i'd advice you don't change anything.. Go with 95%of the information you gave in your first interview.

@@angelaotanchi9076 idk man it depends on Which country do you live in and what type of visa u applying for . For my first interview i found appointment after only 2 days my second interview i found appointment after 8 days but my Third interview Nearest appointment was like 45 days
@@angelaotanchi9076 there’s no time limit u can apply anytime u want but the visa officer will ask u what changed from the last interview? If nothing then u will get ur second rejection in 2 Minutes Make sure that you work on your file better according to the reason for your rejection for example i got reject because the visa officer thinks my english seems good and there’s no reason for me to study english so i got an academic IELTS test for my new interview
I live in Kenya, I deferred semester to be spring semester next year which is the best time to apply so has to get a early appointment dates for spring semester
I had 2 denials, didnt actually want to reapply, but your experience made do that again. I dont really know what is going to happen this time, I hope for the best. This time I feel more confident like I have nothing to lose. Just go and take that visa or not!
Just go with this confidence u got like u don't bloody need there country for ur survival answer their bloody questions like a boss and a scholar and see what would happen .u gonna get it . Those VO are psychologist , they can easily sense when u ve lost it. I believe u will get it this time . Good luck

Changes only applies if your circumstances have changed and you can prove that. If not, you can repeat same information and ensure your circumstances change.

You need to start again by filling a new DS 160 form. Change some information about you but up to 85-90% remains the same as the initial form

Sweetie my interview was on the 22nd or this month November 2021 . The consular didn't even take a look at my documents before rejecting . She asked only of my passport, DS_160, SEVIS fee that's all. Then I was denied in less that 40secs ...what could have BN the issue ...? Should I reaply
If you had 214(g) it would state you can reapply. There’s probably a question you were asked and your response didn’t convinced the VO to approve your visa - therefore, they have no time to request for your documents afterwards.

And when I log in to the account I created the first time it shows the old appointment. Now I don't know how to create a new PRN to pay the new visa fees. Please help
Use your previous account; you may update your profile if needs be and go on with your book new appointment.

Provide answers that proves ties to your home country. Proves that you can come back to your country after graduation- like work, family, assets, investments etc.

Me too .. they didn't even ask for my marriage certificate or leave letter from my employees
When asked a question, try and relate your answers to address as many as your situations as possible. When asked are you married, answers should be your status, your family, future plans, home country ties and others you can expatiate.
Don’t expect to be asked questions bit by bit. Try and give answers that cover your situation and explain your entire case.

The reason the embassy gives for denial is no strong ties with home country, how do you get to know the exact reason for denial. I really don't believe that general reason

I got denied under section 214b.
When filling a new DS-160 form should I still mention that I have a relative in the US, like for instance, I indicated in my previous ds160 form that I have a relative in the US and that's because my uncle who's a US sponsor was sponsoring me. But now i have a new sponsor. Thanks!

It’s possible to reapply with the same University.
But if you think your rejection has anything to do with your choice of University, you should consider changing to another one.
