肉松面包
~高筋面粉-300g
~糖-40g
~蛋-1颗
~酵母-1 茶匙/3g
~牛奶-150ml
~牛油(溶解)-30g
~肉松-100g
~黑芝麻-个人喜好
烤盘必须垫一层烘焙纸
1) 牛奶+酵母~5分钟后用
2) 把高筋面粉过筛, 加入+糖+蛋,搅拌均匀后, 搅拌均匀,加入牛奶, 把全部材料用刮刀搅拌均匀后,加入溶解的牛油, 继续刮刀搅拌,这个部分可以用手,不过今天我不想
粘到手,所以全程用刮刀,主要重点只要把牛油完全融合即可, 括成圆形面团, 用保鲜膜包好,准备醒面两倍大
3) 洒一些面粉, 揉一揉面团, 切每份55~60g, 因该可分成10份, 用手压平, 用擀面棍,擀成小椭圆形, 肉松先折散
, 加入肉松在上面, , 卷起, 封口, 放入烤盘, 烤盘必须垫一层烘焙纸, 再放入烤箱,烤箱里加入一杯热水,这样可让面包发酵得更快,面包发至一倍大便可烘烤
4) 面团一倍大后,预热烤箱, 预热烤盘 180度/15分钟, 搽一层蛋黄液,洒上黑芝麻即可, 放入烤箱, 180度/25分钟, 如果颜色不均匀,转一下烤盘, 如果颜色己经金黄色,可用铝箔膜盖在面包上面,面包的颜色也因个人喜欢

4) Went dough double size, preheat oven, Preheat oven 180°/15 minutes, apply egg on top and black seseme, add to oven, 180°/25 minutes, If color not even, turn to baking tray, baked the bread golden color, if color turn golden color, add aluminum foil on top, until time up, the color of the bread is depending on personal preference
