Chainsaw Reacts Yea this was great. Still upset they're not coming to "Cincinnati Squish Em All" (Year & Half In Life Doc) for the first time ever. Yea, they'll be in Columbus for Rock on The Range, but that was sold out long before the North American Tour was announced. Just would had been cool to see Volbeat. Thanks to Metallica I've always been able to see the best known bands open up for them; Korn, Kid Rock, System of a Down, Linkin Park, Limp Bizkit, Mudvayne, Deftones, Godsmack, and whoever I seen open for em in 2009. I've seen Metallica 6 times, I guess I'll survive.
Oh my.. this behind the video was such a pleasure to watch. First of all fans looked like normal, passionate, intelligent people not some groupies treating band like a gods. Second of all - all the fun everyone had! Amazing. And I think some of the reactions during filming were spontaneous which adds even more to it. And at the end James hugging everyone? Truly wondeful band and fans.

It is true that so many teenagers act and feel that way and that they have some sort of complex or whatever...but I'm no teenager, and I have been listening to bands like Metallica and other much heavier band from a very long time more 14 years now. The place the belong to has completely different culture, language and people, forget Metallica they don't even know 'genres' in music because everyone listens to same mediocre Bollywood garbage or even more local and ultra mediocre shit here. Metallica has been with me in tough times and in good times, so I guess I don't have any bubbles here, and though I wrote some edgy shit it's still very relevant to many people today.
This would have been so much better than a meet and greet. The guys looked so chilled. James is such a goof. You'd never think he is the icon that he is. So humble. Some kind of monster is the best thing that could've happened.

stargazer _099 when you know artist a bit closer, you always discover that oftenly therés nothing so shinny about them and saying that he is a great human being just because you like his music is completly foolish. he exist you exist, you listen to his stuff. he has been a dick with Jason because he never went throuh his grief about cliff,s death. not really cool imo. he always goes back to rehab... not making him a great human being.... just making him human with his flaws like everyone else. putting stars on pedestal.. i dont understand
These guys are the driving force that inspires me to continue writing music. I've been close to giving it up every day for the past 2 years, but these guys keep me going. One day I hope to meet my heroes.!
I really love seeing the band like this now. I re-watched "Some Kind of Monster" again, because it was on Netflix. Those were dark times! Good to see the band is having fun again, and Bob Rock isn't around anymore.
