- Who would have thought a land where once there was nothing, just a marshy, wet, muddy area, would be transformed into Greater Noida West’s most affordable housing project which would give around 1.25 lakh people to call this place their first home. This is the story of Mr Gaur and his vigour and vision to build Gaur City.
The Chairman & Managing Director of the Gaurs Group thought this to be possible and came through with it. In this episode of Stories From Bharat, Kamiya Jani chats with Mr Gaur about how he built an entire city, where people thought nothing could ever be built.
With his resilience and determination, he built a 237 acres township with multinational facilities. The township offers parks, schools, commercial complexes, and also Mr. Gaurs favourite, the sports complex. Being an avid sportsperson himself, he was determined to create a space where everyone could enjoy playing and learning a sport together.

Manoj Gaur has not constructed Gaur City he traded land to small developers and got it built through them and has cheated with buyers and government by manipulating laws and competent authority. His first disaster is Crossings Republik township a world class concept converted into 3rd class city of ghaziabad .

Yeah! The Gaur society has actually been spread so large. It comes under Noida extension. The GAURS written at the top is easily visible from my balcony. By the way, I am a resident of Cleo.

There is constant water seepage in my unit but Gaur's maintenance team is not acting accountable.
I received this flat barely one month ago.
This is the second time it has happened, where water from the above unit is seeping through the roof and wetting my entire unit.
My tenants are stressed out cleaning the house.
They repeatedly put the baskets on the floor to avoid getting the bedding and flooring wet.
Is this a new house delivered by Gaur? Shame!

Though the houses here are good with all the facilities and amenities of the park, temple and stadium etc.. , in my personal and honest opinion I would not like to reside here now.
Because of the number of units (25,000 to 30, 000 houses), it has become extremely crowded and
highly commercialized with a view of a shop or a shopping complex in whichever direction you turn your head, with any shop just a stone's throw away.
There is massive traffic jam during peak hours and traffic moves at a snails pace the moment you exit from your Avenue in your vehicle, and reaching the Char Moorti chowk or Gaur City Mall which is just 1.25 km from Gaur City 1 might take more than 30 minutes.
I recently shifted from this city after living here for 5 years. I would not prefer to reside in a city as massive as this, but in a society with just a few hundred houses or even less.

Starting the video with false statement , it was not banjar zameen but agriculture land and forcefully taken from farmers by GNIDA.Later the matter went to SC and compensation to farmers was increased.

This is a living nightmare; if you are driving daily on these roads, then it will feel like you are literally crawling. So, this Noida dream is a hoax; surely this fulfilled the dream of a first home and by makiing it affrodable, but this unplanned implementation has caused havoc. Finally, after so many years, authorities have started focusing on Noida and started working on making Noida the face of UP. To be optimistic, I hope "acche din ayinge."

Still noida is the most unsafe place in north India…noida emerged as a cheap residential housing market whereas Delhi and gurugram emerged an expensive housing market that’s why celebs prefer living in Delhi and gurugram…noida might be a good place for lower and middle class but not for upper middle class and rich class…no sane rich person would prefer shifting to noida…in the end gentry matters and btw the water quality is very bad in noida that you’ll get bald if you don’t use a water filter

Guar have delayed services not giving flat on time taking penalty, no maintenance and false promises. MR. Guar when will you give us registration of our flats of 7th avenue you took money from us like 2 years ago, when you will provide good services as promised, or good management.

Logo ko pagal banaya hai, see the gaur city center jaha chidya Ghar Banya hai aur market team se koi support nhi. Bas maintenance aur parking se logo se paise lutho. Aur agar builder ka status check karna hai to check Karo ki kitne cases file hue hai RERA m.
He and his team is pathetic. They are selling false promises. Gaur Siddhartham is best example of false promise. Worst water quality, irregular electric supply, bakwaas employee.
Very bad developers these people are. Every day everyone regret buying property in gaur projects. Even facilities available in villages are not there. And carry on top they dont even bother to hear so many issues being raised at their head office.
