I'm totally shocked to hear the quantum of atrocity being committed with buyers by Mr. Manoj Gaur. CM Mr. Yogi Aditya Nath must intervene through Noida Authority. If the govt. demolishes culprits houses through a buldozer, it should also help the common people in providing the basic amenities. How can a builder collect maintenance charges if he is not providing the services. It is also heard that bouncers had been used to deal with the residents. It is totally unacceptable. Few residents have been served court notices on demanding their rights.

I too am shocked. Till date I was thinking that Manoj Gaur is a very honest, disciplined and punctual builder in NCR. I am shocked to hear that they are misbehaving elderly residents on demanding their rights.
