Thanks for all the support! We have a SENSATIONAL video coming in 30min about whether or not an all rounder build is actually the best! Find out soon! :D
i love your guys builds but i noticed you don't have one that uses laser or plasma weapons only that isn't in power armor. I not sure if i'm the only one wanting this but i cant wait to see what it is if you two decide to make it.
hey guys when your done making Nuka world builds , can you make a everything build like take the best from all dlc and make one for your last fallout four build
Ever since the scientist build, when you guys mentioned a Cha and Int build I've been waiting for it. Now here it is. Thanks you guys! This may be my first complete playthrough character.
Because the Overseer dosen't carry the "Overseer's Gaurdian", he carries the "Overseer's Will" (two shot 10mm pistol) because as the Overseer of Vault 88 you WILL obey.
+FudgeMuppet Just wondering - what about Lorenzo's artifact gun ? I think it would suit this character, especially for unique mods you get and choice that you have to make to get it.. Great build though and thoughtful story as always :)
This build looks like so much fun. It is so rare to see you guys use Commando in a build When you do it is always a welcome change of pace. I admit I was expecting you to say that the Overseer's Guardian would be the weapon of choice modified for automatic fire but the 10mm pistol is a good pick too. The best part is how this build balances combat, companions and settlement building. Its like the polar opposite of your Scientist build.
My current build is sort of like the Lawful Good version of this. Basically the Minuteman General harnesses the Vault technology and uses it to build up the settlements of the wasteland. Having an army of minutemen in vault-suits, polymer armor and flight helmets holed up in big, high-tech and highly armored fortresses across the Commonwealth is very satisfying. Plus, it makes the Minutemen's domination a little more realistic, once they have tech rivaling the Brotherhood and Institute. It's just too bad that you can't upgrade the Minutemen patrols you find in the commonwealth, given that all my settlers are far better armed than anything that backs me up in the wilds.
My first playthrough basically turned into this, TBH. Even though I started as a sniper, my build eventually turned into a VaultTec-obsessed Minuteman.
This is a great build! But I think the overseer should carry the Cryolater and The overseers guardian along with the 10mm pistol. This is a great build thank you guys!
Great video. Very closely matched my current playthrough, which I conceptualized as The Mastermind--a corporate industrialist in the vein of Robert House. Ruthlessly efficient, guided by Randian Objectivism.
Please keep focusing on the role playing aspect in the different builds. I love that part, but I do wish you guys would do some more game play videos. Take care and have a nice day :)
FudgeMuppet I don´t mind watching some gameplay from either games, but maybe this time from Fallout4, when the new expansion is released? However, if you guys are willing to expand a bit to a few other games, then it would be cool to see some gameplay from some horror games like i.e. the new Doom. I have a soft spot for survival horror games, which i really like hehe.
+FudgeMuppet with what you said about the bomb scare i can and have done with those exact components plus some wires and a nine volt smoke detector battery
+Luke Brown Bro, are you trying to prove you're crazier than True_Ashhole or whatever? Like, for real, you're being a tool about building bombs... Maybe take a step back, ease up on the ammonium fumes or whatever your deal is.
Hey, Scott and Michale! I absolutely love both of you and everything you do. I've been going through some rough shit and your videos always cheer me up! Keep up the fantastic work!
Great build guys. I could even see twisting this into a quasi-raider boss type when Nuka world comes out. No? ok. I also think building the Minutemen up could be helpful, using an upstart faction to gain the beginning of a Commonwealth-conquering army, later bolstered with your robots, and eventually gain the biggest guns in the commonwealth (the Castle's artillery), and secretly use the minutemen soldiers as the Institute's cronies. I also think this build is a good fit for the minimal wiggle room for backstory and character, as he could give the illusion that he is rebuilding the Commonwealth, promising safe settlement, a reliable defense force, and, a general hopeful plan for the wasteland. Sidenote: I love the Vault Boy light. No matter how thick shit gets, he's there to assure me that everything will be ok.
What about a bomber build?Power armor (with shark paint and jetpack), automatic weapons (preferably the assault rifle), explosives, and the bomber jacket outside of the power armor.
For anyone who wants to look more advanced and has access to mods I recommend you download the X-01 Tesla Power Armor just to give that extreme intellect from the character or just wants to look more cool and unique
Make a pre war U.S. soldier. Apparell would be army fatigues and army helmet with ballistic weave if possible. Weapons would be a Old Faithful as a laser pistol, Assault rifle, Combat knife, and Combat sniper rifle. For factions he would join the Brotherhood to destroy the Institute and will join the Railroad to get ballistic weave but ultimately destroy them with the Brotherhood. For Far Harbour he will join Far Harbour and destroy the Children of Atom. For Nuka World he will kill all the raiders
This one kind of is an Enclave build, what with being an unethical overseer and the X0-1 Armor. This build may not be working for the Enclave officially, but they would be proud of their actions.
Frank Horrigan 2.0 build? Set all stats to 4, eventually level all up to 10 to become the new Frank Horrigan. Very versatile and good with all weapons, but remember to be a total jerk to everyone. For faction, do Institute. Use X6-88 and give him X-01 Power Armor. Keep yourself mysterious and instill fear into the hearts of all wastelanders. Dont build many settlements, because the Enclave wants to kill them all.
While on Xbox is not possible to use the Supermutant armor that the Tumbajamba's mod have, on PC it would be a must to wear that and use as a main weapon a Plasma-Infused gatling laser. Also, this character may be called the "Institute Sicret Service Agent", a rogue attempt at emulating Frank after some scouts of the institute gathered several recordings and informations in the West. The ISSA was selected by Father both because he wanted his own dad back with him... and because he found some interesting documentation in a series of well encrypted and well secured files about the Sole Survivor, who had contacts with a still birthing Enclave and got under a special training. However, the Cryo-pods reduced greatly the SS abilities (hence 4 in all SPECIAL), amd so he had to take some time to get on par with his old self. Once reached 10 in all SPECIAL and selected the needed skills you will pick up the Bubbledheads to gain 11 and pick a new body (supermutant) and Tumbajamba's Strong Power Armor for yourself, becoming the new Frank hoorigan.
FranTIC Well if you go with the backstory, During the war the Mad Hatter was captured and as a twisted experiment they would expose him to mercury, after a while he would laugh and smile 24 7, it got so far his captures carved a permanent smile into his face, he was eventually found by his squad mates and return to base. Returning from the war to his Fiance, allowing them to marry and start a family. The Mad Hatter grew a beard to cover his feint scar, but few say they can still see the scar. the Mad Hatter was always seen with a smile, and when aggravated had a thirst for blood in his eyes. (Fallout 4) Until he was caught crossing the boarder (Skyrim)
Very nice build guys! :D though i was expecting this build to also use Overseer's Guardian as his weapon of choice because of the damage and the name itself having "Overseer" in it just to be an Ego boost or something. XD
It would make more sense for the T-51 power armor to be used in the build. The T-51 was given to many companies as a sort of advertisement, companies such as Vim, Nuka Cola, Sugar Bombs, Abraxo Cleaner, Hot Rodder, and Slocums Joe. Plus there was only 3 suits of X-01 made before the war. I don't intend for this to be taken maliciously it's just a lore fact that personally immersed me more when using this build. Good job with the backstory by the way. Edit: I'm not sure if Hot Rodder was a company or not, I assume it was a car company before the war judging by the magazine covers in Fallout 4.
So basically this build is a bit like a classic supervillain, and the tie-in to the Overseer's Father to Mr. House and RobCo is an interesting touch. As for recommendations, here's what I have to say about this build: 1) I recommend using the SPECIAL book on Strength instead of Endurance. Since you'll be getting access to Power Armor relatively early on (assuming you immediately go to Concord and help out Preston), Endurance isn't as much of an immediate issue, not to mention the hazards presented by the Gunners at the Mass Fusion building (since they make use of lasers, which can be especially deadly at a low level). True, the Endurance bobblehead requires one to go all the way down to the southern tip of the map (which is in itself more than a little hazardous), but Raiders like the ones at Poseidon Energy (where the Endurance bobblehead is located) generally tend to have lower quality gear than Gunners (plus there's a couple of Protectrons you can activate on-site to draw fire for you). Either way, you'll still have to deal with a lot of enemies and at LEAST one in Power Armor (though the Gunner Commander at Mass Fusion usually lacks a helmet on his power armor) at either Mass Fusion or Poseidon Energy. 2) While this build's primary weapon is a 10 mm automatic pistol, it might help to carry around another automatic pistol on the off-chance you manage to run out (unlikely, but not impossible, especially if you're like me and can't help but enjoy a little gunplay instead of letting your minions do all of the dirty work alone). For this, I recommend either an Institute Laser or perhaps a Plasma Pistol like Experiment 18-A. 3) Going to 35 Court can be a bit hazardous, considering that to actually get the Power Armor on the roof requires disposing of a leveled Sentry Bot and Assaultron (and since this build doesn't utilize stealth, you can't just sneak up on them and shut them down or make them fight each other with the Robotics Expert perk), so a good idea might be to bring your own Power Armor, transfer the X-01 pieces off of the frame at 35 Court onto the set you brought with you, and leave the frame behind (and maybe pick it up later). 4) A good option for a legendary 10 mm pistol would be the Wastelander's Friend, which can be purchased from Deb at Bunker Hill. It has the Crippling Effect, which does an additional 50% limb damage to whatever you're shooting at (which adds up VERY rapidly with an automatic weapon).
there's a hotline Miami challenge where you use a baseball bat use any gun you find and drop it when the clip is empty, kill everyone, and get the dB tech jacket and mascot head as soon as possible
I just tried this build. It is REALLY fun in pretty much all of the DLC. I had way more fun playing Nuka World on this character than I did on my stealth gunslinger. Watching the Gatorclaws rip eachother apart, the bloodworms jump at eachother, and the Painted Ghouls attack Oswald.
I have a question, what would this guy do with the raider factions of nuka world? Would he side with them to gain more money? Or destroy and restore the park to its former glory? I really love the idea of this build but I'm confused on what to do when I get to nuka world.
You guys are the master builders! I Love the back stories the most. Please do a FO4 Courser build, like a cross between Rick Deckard from Blade Runner and Jack Ramsey from Runaway.
Here I was working on my Diplomat and then you go and make this amazing build that incorporates power armor lmao, guess I'm starting over hahaha thanks! :)
Couldn't the Overseer use an automatic combat rifle and/or assault rifle along side of an auto pistol? Nuclear physicist would benefit an automatic radium rifle pretty well.
Road Warrior build. Mad max inspired shotgun build that uses chems. He grew up in upstate New York, and dropped out of school at age 17 and joined a biker gang. After being arrested, he attempted to get his life back together by going back to school, and eventually joining the military to redeem himself. When he escapes the vault, his former life emerges and he turns back into the shotgun slinging bad ass who roams the wasteland attempting to survive. His start game special stats are: 3 Strength, 1 Perception, 7 Endurance, 4 Charisma, 7 Intelligence, 5 Agility and 2 Luck. Use the special book on luck. The essential perks are, Armorer, Rifleman, Toughness, Adamantium Skeleton, Solar Powered, Lady Killer, Lone Wanderer, Attack Dog, Gun Nut, Chemist, and Bloddy Mess. The endgame special stats should be the same, but with 10 Endurance and Intelligence. He could were road leathers with a mix of light and sturdy leather armor for the best aesthetic. His main weapon is the Combat Shotgun: Les Theis Terables. (Sorry)
I think the only thing I'd change is to use an auto Laser Pistol(UP77). Thanks for a new build, and just doing what ya do! 👍 Fudgemuppet kicks major arse! 🤘🏻👹🤘🏻
I once made an awful police state vault 88 with: -shock cycles -food suppression -obey overseer eye tests -rigged slot machines -Robot guards for maintaining order This culminated into a very productive yet terrifying place to live, yet even I as the evil overlord began to give at least some amenities to the populace to comfort their abuse. Also a neat side effect is to place the food suppressants in raider settlements...you won’t hear of food problems again.
I Roleplayed this pretty much as is, but I changed it up only slightly so that the only things he cared about were advancing technology and safeguarding his experiments in vault 88. I didn't really get to much into building the other settlements mostly because I did it for my minutemen general and its just really taxing [I'm not good with multitasking that much.] I also MOSTLY mained a suit of T-51 Fully upgraded for the simple fact that it was just a lot cheaper to repair in the earlier parts of the game. Once I got closer to level 50 and I had more raw materials to screw around with I switched it to X-01. Still though, this build was a blast to play with.
I WANTS THE COURSER BUILD DX *Edit* Hey Fudgemuppet, I have two roleplaying ideas for the Courser if you're willing to use them. Idea 1: The Sole Survivor is actually a synth that the Shaun created to replace his real father who actually died along with his wife. Once Shaun found out the truth behind the incident, he constructed the synthetic version of his father so he could find him. It is then the player's choice to decide what Shaun did. You can say that it was Shaun's elaborate plan to allow the Courser to take over the Institute, or it was Shaun's plan to destroy the Institute in revenge (pretend that Shaun's actually lying when he's mad.) Idea 2: Complete the story until you join the Institute, then pretend that you received synthetic enhancements. Regardless of what the player decides, they have to (temporarily) join the Railroad in order to get Balistic Weave for their Couser outfit.
With the Rise of Iron expansion for Destiny coming in about a month, I would love to see you two make three different builds based on the three Guardians classes; Hunter, Warlock and Titan. The only difficult part I could think is if they either should be all Fallout 4 builds or if there is one Destiny build for each of the three games that you are making builds for (Like Titan for Skyrim, Hunter for Fallout: New Vegas and Warlock for Fallout 4). It would be nice if you respond if you like the idea.
Vault Tec Rep comes in after the overseer says "Vault Tec hates you...", slaps her to the ground and says "I AM VAULT TEC."
SharpyTv Wait while his a human or ghoul? Cause if its when his a ghoul that would be badass
While he's a ghoul
I'd love to see that
Thanks for all the support! We have a SENSATIONAL video coming in 30min about whether or not an all rounder build is actually the best! Find out soon! :D

Can you make a pacifist thief build. Like he finds enjoyment in taking but not killing so will avoid killing if possible.
Can you please make a gangster/mob boss build?
NO! WE NEED AN ENCLAVE SOLDIER BUILD
hey guys when your done making Nuka world builds , can you make a everything build like take the best from all dlc and make one for your last fallout four build
If the people I play D&D with put half the amount of effort into designing their characters as these guys do, Our games would be 100% better

Because the Overseer dosen't carry the "Overseer's Gaurdian", he carries the "Overseer's Will" (two shot 10mm pistol) because as the Overseer of Vault 88 you WILL obey.
The 10 mm pistol has been a staple of vault tec for a long time.
@@TeaInTheMorning-we2kh how, just because the overseer of vault 111 had a 10mm pistol doesn’t mean it’s a staple of vault tech
@@isaacsanchez9038 what are you talking about? 10mm pistols have been standard issue for vault security for most vaults since vault 13 in fallout.
@@TeaInTheMorning-we2khso it’s not like their gonna give Security a fat man
This is an awesome build! I love how you guys incorporated House into the backstory! :D

Great build. Doing the inquisitor right now and it's my favorite so far as I appreciate the technicalities you need to reach.

+FudgeMuppet and we're all happy you're making them
+FudgeMuppet Just wondering - what about Lorenzo's artifact gun ? I think it would suit this character, especially for unique mods you get and choice that you have to make to get it.. Great build though and thoughtful story as always :)
inquisitor you say
+FudgeMuppet please I would love a FO4 Corser I apologize for spelling I loved the Vegas corser video and this looks interesting as well
Insta-like. You guys are the only vloggers and fallout/skyrim channel I watch. Thank you for being so dedicated and thorough.

This is a great build! But I think the overseer should carry the Cryolater and The overseers guardian along with the 10mm pistol. This is a great build thank you guys!
Can we expect a Mad Max inspired build like how the Agent was inspired by James Bond?
Yes
I was sure I will find this comment.
YES!!Mad max
The problem is that you can't have cars in Fallout. Mad Max wouldn't be Max without insane carchases.
+Ro Jaws I was thinking you could either download mods or maybe treat power armor as your car.

This is such a spectacular build. I absolutely love the back story. I am gonna build it tomorrow night.
Its great to have you guys making so many builds again, its like Christmas has come early, and it is Sensational.
Love this build. Hits everything I want. Thank you Fudgemuppet!
Love how you add little easter eggs too like the mention of Mr.house. Keep it up boys.

I like the sound of that build
there's one similar to that..
but with more charisma.

its called the devastator. they already have a "bomber build"
Very detailed backstory I love it! :3
Could you try doing an old West lawman build(sheriff) or an outlaw build?
They did one similar with a gunslinger build.
I realize. it would basically be a combination of the gunslinger and detective I would think

yea we will probably do some sort of beast master eventually :)
Ok thanks guys, keep up the good work :)
try the druid. but remember, your decision!
wonderful wonderful build love the back stories with this builds love them keep up the great work

That would be awesome
they already did. its called the hunter
Yes, I personally want to see how we can role play a Courser in Fallout 4. Either Alternate Start or some odd distortion of the vanilla story.
I would use the overseer Guardian instead

Yeah and use that NCR armor and alternate start mod
yeah
+I am not Marker and/or do a vanilla one
So basically this build is a bit like a classic supervillain, and the tie-in to the Overseer's Father to Mr. House and RobCo is an interesting touch. As for recommendations, here's what I have to say about this build:
1) I recommend using the SPECIAL book on Strength instead of Endurance.
Hmm these vaults were built to last
X-01 man, x-01
TK-481 that sounds like something a synth would say
Love the 'This guy's strong-suit is a fully modded set of power armor'. Yes, that is definitely a strong suit.
Do a hotline miami build please.
there's a hotline Miami challenge where you use a baseball bat use any gun you find and drop it when the clip is empty, kill everyone, and get the dB tech jacket and mascot head as soon as possible
+The Courier I will do it but which is the dB jacket?
Theres a jacket you can find on the diamond city barber, try to find a replica or kill him for it
Virus Sander if you're tough enough to tangle with diamond city security then go for it
Another fine build...I'd still love to see a Lady Lawyer build that most matches the female Sole Survivor as much as possible though.
Do a rednexk build that used a double barreled shotgun :D
+James Brandon do you mean the Preacher?
The preacher was against stuff like moonshining right?
best build in a while guys keep it up
Courser for Fallout 4!!!
Courser is life
Not lore friendly.
Can you also make a build that uses Old Longfellow as a companion?
+A Pocket Full Of Porage it could just be someone who acts like a courser
SPOILERS: Also DiMa said you might be a synth
Jack of all trades:Fits anywhere
Mad Max:Shotgun/Duplet
Medic: syringer,"good intentions".
Clairvoyant:Seeks the supernatural.
PS:
MadMax:Survivalist.
Another restart.
I just tried this build. It is REALLY fun in pretty much all of the DLC. I had way more fun playing Nuka World on this character than I did on my stealth gunslinger. Watching the Gatorclaws rip eachother apart, the bloodworms jump at eachother, and the Painted Ghouls attack Oswald.
please do a bounty hunter!!!!!!!!
I agree
Jack harwood thank you
Or like a mercenary
+Charles Baranyi yeah that's what I mean
+Charles Baranyi I'm so tired of these stupid build that no one asks for
Only thing I'd change is the flashlight on your power armor. It's cool, don't get me wrong. Just kinda distracting.
Enclave Soldier Build!!!
"This guy's strong suit is a fully modded suit of power armor." I see what you did there.
Pacifist thief build?
.... i wonder how 18 charisma would work on a build like that
I want to see a Lara Croft build
i kinda did it
athletic outfit,
automatic weapons
I have a question, what would this guy do with the raider factions of nuka world? Would he side with them to gain more money? Or destroy and restore the park to its former glory? I really love the idea of this build but I'm confused on what to do when I get to nuka world.
Enclave/remnant build
How'd that even work?
For doing a mod on a simple add-on like this I wouldn't be surprised if he did horse armor from oblivion
Love your work guys! I'm definitely this build.
I'm amazed you didn't use the overseers guardian as the main gun for name alone, but I do understand that flavor of 10mm
Now you can put a vault tech paint job on your 10mm with the vault tech weapons paint jobs in the creation club!
I'm playing this right now and it's perfect for me. The only thing I want to add after level 50 is Big Hitter and Ghoulish. Thanks guys!
Big Leagues*
(Sorry)
id say after playing 15 fudgemuppet builds this one was the most fun
Imagine this guy going to Vegas after the House ending and just being like "HE'S ALIVE TOO?!!!"
I think the only thing I'd change is to use an auto Laser Pistol(UP77). Thanks for a new build, and just doing what ya do!
👍 Fudgemuppet kicks major arse!
🤘🏻👹🤘🏻
Just the build I was looking for :)
Would an "Imperator Furiosa" build be feasible?
+G Knight Congratulations You Just Played Yourself
I once made an awful police state vault 88 with:
-shock cycles
-food suppression
-obey overseer eye tests
-rigged slot machines
-Robot guards for maintaining order
This culminated into a very productive yet terrifying place to live, yet even I as the evil overlord began to give at least some amenities to the populace to comfort their abuse.
I WANTS THE COURSER BUILD DX
*Edit*
Hey Fudgemuppet, I have two roleplaying ideas for the Courser if you're willing to use them.
Idea 1: The Sole Survivor is actually a synth that the Shaun created to replace his real father who actually died along with his wife. Once Shaun found out the truth behind the incident, he constructed the synthetic version of his father so he could find him. It is then the player's choice to decide what Shaun did. You can say that it was Shaun's elaborate plan to allow the Courser to take over the Institute, or it was Shaun's plan to destroy the Institute in revenge (pretend that Shaun's actually lying when he's mad.)
Idea 2: Complete the story until you join the Institute, then pretend that you received synthetic enhancements.
Fudgemuppet would love to see a FO4 Courser Build, keep doing Sensational builds
that is a neat build i might well try it because i have never tried a charisma intelligence build
Wasn't expecting House to be a part of this build's backstory. Not bad at all, Michael/Scott.
Great one guys, gotta have to try it out!
I fucken knew as soon as the vault Tec dlc came out an overseer build would be made
Just give us the Mad Max build. We love all the videos you put out, but we've been waiting since NV builds came out.
They already give you this tons of content to entertain you. You can wait 👍🏻
Really cool. Gonna do this for my Institute playthrough
"The overseer keeps himself at a safe distance" *nuke goes off at his feet*
