Just from his demeanor, blue collar job and everything we’ve heard about him, nothing against him but he seems, “not smart enough”, to be a criminal mastermind. And normally I’ve seen criminal profiler deep dives on criminal history or previous behavior but it’s just not there. It’s sad to say, but it generally appears the state and LEO spent so much time trying to fit him to this crime that they didn’t die Abby and Libby the due diligence of a thorough and deep investigation. This isn’t so much a failure on the state of how RA seems to be getting railroaded as much as they failed those 2 precious girls.

I get that ppl confess to things they didn’t do, but u got to admit, confessing to a crime this gruesome, and u were there at that exact time, u fit the description of the video, a bullet casing matches your gun, u have 25 phones from the past 25 years BUT the one u had when such crime was committed. Let’s be real… if detectives just let this guy wonder the streets as a person who is very likely to have done this crime by there own admittance, do u know his stupid that would be? lol. What if he is guilty and kills again, ? Disposes of more evidence? Leaves the country? 2 young girls died brutally and u have a guy who admitted many many times that he did it. But than changes and says he didn’t. Do u think detectives should just say “hey, he changed his mind says he didn’t do it! Let him loose!” 😂😂.. I mean be so for real!! 😂😂

Sure it’s possible , lots of murders don’t and also RA had what? 5 years to dispose of evidence? I mean, I’m sure he got rid of all the clothing he was wearing. Also, in the description from witnesses they say the man was wearing gloves, so that could be y he left no evidence. He was completely covered up. Now I admit there’s not a shit ton of evidence like most cases, but there is some. He did confess a lot of times. Even well after he would had been segregated and all that shit from detectives. He also matches the profile from the video, he WAS there, there is the bullet, the phone being missing at the time of crime.. and I’m all for ppl being exonerated when their not enough evidence. But just the way RA has acted or the things he has NOT said, to me, sounds of a guilty man.

State hasn't even come close to proving Allen is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
All they've established is he could've committed the crime but they haven't shown no one else besides Allen could've committed the crime, which is the legal standard.
Whether you believe he's guilty or not, the state hasn't proven it and therefore the correct ruling is not guilty.
That being said, juries don't always abide by that standard and convict anyway so we'll see what happens. I'm thinking a mistrial is the most likely, guilty verdict is second most likely then not guilty (although the objectively correct decision) is the least likely.

very good reporting. It occurs to me that all of the emotion from everyone in the courtroom is understandable in seeing in great detail how these poor girls died. But shock and emotion Arnt going to tie the defendant to this crime. The only thing that will do that is evidence. And i cant speak for anyone else, But i am seeing precious little of it. And it wont do to lose sight of the fact that if RA is wrongly convicted then the person that did these things to these little girls is still out there and will continue to kill and as he goes along he will get better, if such a thing can be said, at what he is doing.

Why are we still waiting to hear those details? Because it’s weak evidence to support a conviction. They’re burying those statements with horrific details of a heinous crimes against children in hopes that the jury will just go along with their theory and convict. @Annie497-f5x 3 วันที่ผ่านมา +18

This crime was horrific, no doubt. I feel so much for the families who must sit there, listening to the testimony from the witnesses and seeing the photos. Two things stand out that bother me in this report. The first is describing a juror or two refusing to look at the crime scene photo evidence. While I'm sure it's hard for most people to view these and not be greatly affected, the jury HAS to look at the crime scene evidence, as it is their duty to do so as jurors. They knew graphic photos would be part of this case, and if weak stomachs were an issue, it should have been brought up at that time. For justice for those girls, LOOK at the damn photos! There may be very important details in them that some people may not see while others do. It's imperative for a fair trial for both victims and accused that no one is allowed to refuse to view them. If they pass out or throw up, then they do. But that makes me angry when I hear they are looking at clocks, at the floor, at the ceiling, while these important images are presented as evidence. The other thing that bothers me is what has NOT been found. NO evidence of RA's DNA found at the scene. None of the victim's DNA found in his truck or car. No blood found in his car, clothing, under the carpet in his vehicle. Nothing. The eyewitness testimony is all but useless. The ballistic evidence was poorly conducted and researched. No one described seeing RA. They described seeing a variety of men, but none that come close to RA. This was a bloody crime. He would have been covered. Yet they've found none. Not a drop. He was there that day, but so were many others. The "bridge guy" video has been so distorted, manipulated, been presented out of context and it's said that the image was of such poor quality that no person was identifiable as BG. Also, they testified the guy on the video's mouth did not move when the static "guys, down the hill" was supposedly uttered. Was he a ventriloquist? The person in the video is not looking their way and seems move focused on watching his footing. And he self reported, immediately, that he was in the park. If he was guilty, I'd think that he would have wanted to lay low. He cooperated and gave them everything they wanted. His response to his interrogator was that of a man who was appalled that they'd accuse him of something to heinous. Then they put him in solitary in a max security prison where guards wear "In Odin We Trust", and he comes out a psychotic and broken man, willing to testify to everything under the sun because of what they've put him through. Gull is a pos and is the most biased judge toward the state than I have ever seen. Let this man GO. The killer is still out there. I hope Allen sues the shit out of the state for the damage they've done and for violating every right that he is entitled to. This judge should be disbarred and the DA fired. If convicted, this case should be thrown out on appeal and will be THE next case for The Innocence Project. He is being railroaded by a crooked as AF system. .

    "The Real Killers"
Libby's neck was cut with precision. While we knew the girls were stabbed, authorities never disclosed the exact murder weapon. It’s suspected the weapon was a one-of-a-kind, forged knife - the same type Brad Holder crafts for his friends, often stored in an Odinist satchel. Both Brad Holder and Patrick Westfall are involved in the Delphi Murders and the Flora Fire, making them serial killers who have walked free for the past eight years. What few people know is that Brad Holder was a paid federal informant, orchestrating the entire Delphi murder with impunity, seemingly taunting law enforcement by their inability to act against him. He remains protected, and his son Logan Holder, believed to have acted as the lure in the Delphi case, is also under protection.
Holder and Westfall are ruthless men, lacking any semblance of empathy. The murder weapons used in killing Abby and Libby align exactly with the kind Holder makes. Their connection broke, however, when Westfall learned that Holder was a confidential informant who had disclosed details to law enforcement. Despite Westfall's continued protection, Holder’s betrayal of trust was a step too far, ending their collaboration. Since the murders, Brad Holder has openly boasted about his actions, hinting at his involvement across social media.
Justice for Abby and Libby will remain elusive until the wrongful incarceration of Richard Allen, an innocent man, is addressed. Crucial documents - the 12-page "Odin Report" and the related 85-page police report - contain key evidence implicating the true killers of Abby, Libby, Keyara, Kionnie, Keyana, and Kerriele: Brad Holder and Patrick Westfall.

No DNA link to the Defendant. No blood link to the Defendant. No Phone Line to the Defendant. No Photo Link to the Defendant. No Voice Print match to the defendant.........So why was he arrested, kept in prison and put on trial?.... What about the unsolved murder of 4 black sisters in the neighboring town of Flora who lived 15 minutes from the Delphi murders. All 6 girls knew each other. The racist Delphi task force never even investigated the murder of the 4 black Flora girls or included them in the Delphi Tip Line. That use of race to decide what murders would be investigated by Doug Carter's ISP is obstruction of justice. Put him on trial.

Of course they didn't find any evidence of the victims on anything Allen owned. They didn't search his house or car for six years. That people are surprised at that or think it creates doubt is insane.
If he wore gloves, he wouldn't get DNA on his victims. A guy working in a pharmacy would have access to latex or nitrile gloves, but even cotton work gloves could be good enough to prevent him from leaving DNA on the victims, particularly with an outdoor crime scene.
