I watch 'shed & buried' on the TV and like the presenter Henry Cole love old petrol pumps. Henry likes to restore them and sell them on to other enthusiasts. I like to photograph them, especially if they are in their original place, making detailed shots of the patina etc. Be grateful for location, as I'm probably not far. Love Glencoe too. You have some great pics there. Went there back in 2016 and lost my SD cards before I unloaded them. 😞 Happy shooting!
That must have really hurt, losing your SD cards! The location is Wormingford Hall, just northwest from Wormingford off the B1508 (South of Bures). There is a lay by on a bend at the bottom of the hill with plenty of parking. The lane to the hall is a short walk heading back from the lay by.
Love the Scottish images Russ, just stunning, looking forward to the Snowdonia videos that should provide plenty of opportunity for images. Thanks for sharing
Cracking set of holiday pics Russ... love the 65.24 (?) in a few ofthem. That petrol pump was great... I am not normally intothat sort of thing but something really resonated with me - maybe as a kid I worked on the pumps at my Uncle's garage and recently was shown some old pics of the place. Was thinking as you showed thr swans on the stream how English n idyllic it looked..😊 Where I live in the valleys we have nothing like that - just hills n valleys. Nice bimble that looked, good one. atb Alan
Thanks, Alan. I live near Constable Country, which is pretty much the idyllic English countryside. Although I've probably become so accustomed to it now, I rarely photograph the location or get inspired by it. I'm always looking forward to seeing the mountains, lakes, and waterfalls.
Beautiful images

Thanks, John. I've not been out much lately, so it was good to be out with the camera.
@@RussWeymouthPhotography I know the feeling Russ I went several months without creating a video.

Hi Russ! Nice to see you again! Those photos of Glencoe are spectacular! It's a spectacular place though! 😁😁
That was my 13th trip to Scotland since 1998!
