Check out this video showing the easy operation of our GEN4 Swinging Spare Wheel Carrier mounted straight into a VW Amarok factory tow hitch.
Our quick release mechanism was designed using the same heavy duty latch found on military/fire appliance vehicles from regions including Russia and the Czech Republic
This product allows you to carry an additional spare tyre whilst still being able to tow and is ideal for many vehicles which do not include a full size spare, or have had larger tyres installed which no longer fit in their factory locations.
These carriers are now ADR approved and have gone through the strictest requirements to meet engineered standards for Australian conditions. This product allows for full access to the rear tailgate area with little to no effort, and like all our products are 100% Australian made and designed in house by Mirack Products.

In the states you’d get a ticket for blocking view of license plates

Then how do you haul a trailer then? In Oregon where I live single axle trailers don't even have plates, anything dual axle or more then you do.
