I have a 5800PIR-RES, my iq panel can't detect it automatically and it doesn't allow me to input more than 6 digits for ID number 😢

Hi, do you know which Version of the IQ Panel 4 you have? There are multiple types of IQ4 panels that support multiple different legacy Sensors from other manufacturers. It is most likely your panel does not support (345 Mhz) 58xx series Honeywell sensors which have 7 digits in the serial numbers, you may have a 319 Mhz or 433 Mhz receiver board. To determine the legacy receiver version you have for older sensors follow these steps. Tap the drop down menu at the top of the screen, Press "Settings", then "Advanced Settings" and enter either the installer (1111) or dealer code (2222), Next Press "System Tests", next press "Daughter Card Test", on this page you will see the modules with run options, your Legacy module will show as "SRF-xxx" which would be the frequency for legacy modules supported. Example SRF-319 = 319 Mhz type sensors. Which are Qolsys, GE, interlogix.

@@DKAlarmgridSupport Hi, you're right. did some google search, my movement sensor is 345MHz and the panel is a 319 model. I guess I'll have to look for a 319mhz or PowerG model

I have the latest version IQ4 panel with Qolsys S line sensors , I have extra Honeywell 5800 sensors laying around, can I incorporate them in the panel along with the Qolsys sensors?

If the system is using the S line sensors it is a power G and 319 system. the 5800 broadcast on 345 they are not compatible.

So basically it’s all 319 or all 345, no mix matching sensors I guess?
