This video film of Manhattan and New York is bewitchingly superb. Beautiful and eye catching screenplay providing close-ups of skyscrapers and spectacularly panoramic views, as well. It's a feast for the eyes and shrouds one of the most densely populated urban conglomerates in the world. But the most remarkable thing about this latest (High Definition) footage is its evocatively cool background music, that is something in sharp contrast with the super fast and ultra-furious music of this era. The playback music is bred with a sublimely touching music score that is also punctuated with oriental folk lyrics in between its cool symphony. Somewhere, there are sweet vocals of an English song to add to its holistic aura. Hats off to the composer of this audio video who has exhibited maturity and sagacity in the selection of wonderful background music that moves the spirit of the audience as they progress with watching this gem of a footage.

There is something sublimely beautiful about the skyline of New York City, especially as it’s photographed here. Stunning! And the song in the second half is magnificent. Part Folk, Part Pop, just lovely. Manhattan is essentially a series of small villages, especially if you walk the borough. From Turtle Bay to the East Village to Harlem, it’s a pretty remarkable place. And the people, oftentimes maligned, I have always found to be very kind.
For me, a great city is measured by its great history, this for me is one of those that stands out.
I haven´t seen a video from New York like this one so far, but now I can say this one is the best I´ve ever seen in my whole life, the best EVER!!!

You should've played the Star Spangled Banner. It's more fitting, especially if you look at the history and since it's dawn ('By the dawn's early light....') :)

I love manhattan! As a Englishman i've only ever had the pleasure of visiting two capital cities; London on a few occasions. Once to watch Burnley vs Sheffield utd in the championship final at Wembley stadium in which my team-Burnley won and was promoted to the premiership in 2009. I also worked as a sucurity guard at a festival in Hyde park in 2005 in which i got to see pink floyd play live. I also was on foot patrol at the VE celebrations in Trafalgar square with Lancaster bombers flying over head. It was watched live on BBC 2. I had a friend phone me saying you look fat on telly pal, lol. What a buzz London is, especially in the summer. The whole place as a mad vibe to it, the other city I've visited 3 times; 2006-07-08 is drum roll ....*Bangkok*, another frantic place. you can't describe this place to even because its the only city that isn't on planet earth. They have to go for themselves to realise everything they were told about it is True and with lit petrol on it because Thailand as been known to break grown men into weak boys. I plan on New york, Hong kong, Tokyo, Rio and many more places.
The Skyline in NY is changing so much right now!! The last time I had been was in Sep2015! I came back in March and so many new sky scrapers that give to NY an all new skyline shape! Excelente footage!
One of my FAVORITE NYC videos... When I came home from Afghanistan in 2014 this was #1 on my playlist.... Well done!

Four years there + two in & out, late 60's early 70's. Tears to the eyes as the skating rink brought up memories of once dining just inside far left window and skating there with a girl of many, many dreams, now deceased.

The best video I have seen of my city so far in 4K. Not surprised this was done on a Sony. Some of these shots were from Hunters point Park in Long Island city.(the very first scene or any scene with the UN building in it)After watching this video I sat on a bench overlooking the park and skyline with this exact song. I could have sat there for hours.

Wees da Gaia Los Angeles is no where near the size of NYC it's a distant second. Beauty I will give LA that. New York has been used and abused, with that said NYC is beautiful but LA doesn't have a beautiful skyline like NY or Chicago does. Chicago definitely can give NYC a run for its money skyline wise. Not LA
Fine if you like LA better but to say LA is bigger than NYC is the most ignorant thing I've ever heard. NYC's population is 8.5 million. LA is 3.8 Million. So NYC is more than double the size and in less land area too so it's even more impressive. Also for the size of LA their skyline sucks. Meanwhile NYC has the most recognizable and iconic skyline in the world.
Wees da Gaia LA is horrible. In terms of beauty LA isn't even top 5. Chicago has a lot of beauty but is riddled by crime.
@@shep1634 Poor denver has a great skyline but is not near as popular. It has a great community, not as much crime (not saying there isn't any but overall a great city. A very underrated city.

Great video. As someone who lives about a half hour from NYC I've been to almost every location in the video, but you did a great job of putting it on video under great light! Although most of your videos are of great landscape locations, the majesty of NYC fits right in.

Personally, I find that NYC is indeed a marvel and a jewel of a city- it's not only the financial capital of the world, but one can also call it a central hub as well. No other place can compare. I love america too :)
I have a friend who's a Filipino too. He's also been in NYC (we didn't go together which was unfortunate haha). He says he loved it. I've known several Filipinos in the past too , and lemme just say you people are awesome! :) hope to visit the philippines soon

Can you do one of New York at night? It is especially fascinating with all the lights. Towards the middle of the video however, the fountain was a sad reminder of where one of the twin towers once stood. May those that lost their lives that day rest in peace.
We've just started doing mainly UK natural sound and sight video walks and it's lovely to find someone doing a similar thing in parts of the world we may never get to visit. I've subscribed and very much look forward to seeing more.
