Honeymoon Express was recorded at Prince's Galphin House recording studio while Prince was away in LA while W&L were still in The Revolution. Some of the other tracks may have come from that time too. Any Prince involvement would have been removed later for contractual reasons.
Thank you for putting a light on me me of the more underrated albums that came out of the Prince sphere! I was glad that it showed and exhibited their own unique sound growth and Influence that they bring to Prince and his music!
