Dear Purnabrata, Kapil Sir gets less time to make videos as he keeps recording and performing. However he tries hard to take out time and put some tips and play some tunes here. There is a scale book you can take which has notation format you can go to www.abysmbooks.com to get it
Ok....I got the scale mastery book 1 and 2 . The delivery was well within time.I'm writing the review a few days after getting the books because I wanted to spend some time browsing through before starting step by step. Just to get a feel. Here's my honest opinion Both books are unique in the way the scales are laid out. It's not the CAGED system, nor the usual 3 octave stuff. These books are different. I'm still going through the first book and I've written the review under the TH-cam video that corresponds to that book, so I won't repeat it here, but 1 thing for sure...Kapil has a plan and reason why he's given the scales in a certain sequence.. I've referred few other scale books, and they are almost same in some ways but not these books. In fact I was figuring out a song by ear, and could immediately relate one of the scales that was given in his books to it... Well, it's a major scale song so yeah the notes are going to be same, but, his scale position layout, it's very conducive to learning songs... Excellent books. And yes, I'm proud that a fellow Indian has come out with such great guitar teaching content. Proud of you Sir.
