Hook, Size 8 Traditional Lure
Underbody, Lead Wire or Tape
Tail, Natural Grey Ostrich or Emu Herl
Rib, Small Oval Gold Tinsel
Body, First Part, F.M Euro Nymph UV Light Olive and dyed Brown Ostrich Herl
Second Part, F.M Euro Nymph Cream Pearl and Natural Grey Ostrich or Emu
Thorax Cover, Pheasant Tail Fibres
Thorax and Head, Glden Olive Dubbing and Har's Mask Fur Mixed Together
Legs, Dyed Golden Olive Partridge and Dyed Cinnamon Grey Partridge - กีฬา
Davie I’ve been tying for 45 years and am still amazed at how much material you can pile on a hook and still have it come out slim and trim. Beautiful fly and I will certainly be tying up a few, I’m sure they will fool the big Rainbows in my favourite lake.
I agree fully and I also am amazed at what he can do on a bare hook. 😁🎣
I’ll be tying some of these for great lakes rainbows and Atlantic salmon 👌

Davie I have a question which has nothing to do with this fly pattern
In fishing a jig hook do you tie in the hook point toward the tippet or will it swing around to proper position hook floating up.
