  • The stench that envelopes as one enters Kengeri has become synonymous with the Vrishabhavathy river, infamously called the big Kengeri gutter, and Bangalore, challenging its sobriquet as the ‘Garden City.’
Undeterred by the magnanimity of the problem surrounding the brackish river, that once flowed quietly, and was the source of water for the rituals at the famous Gali Anjaneya Temple; two residents of GoodEarth Malhar Madhuri Mandava and Nidhi Paliwal co found paani.earth, together with Nirmala Gowda.
paani.earth is a citizen platform that empowers them with data, information and analysis that can save rivers.
In this freewheeling interview, the two GoodEarth residents share their vision and work on cleaning up the Vrishabhavathy.
