Thanks Doug 4 update on Insta360x4, around $500 bucks in US. Your video is very clear & sharp on the GoPro. What's your favorite? Happy travels in Vietnam!🎥

Enjoyed your adventures. I, fully understand the customer service issues. Can be very frustrating. Have experienced same. Really looking forward to your Viet Nam adventures.

Regarding the "Editing in a smaller resolution and exporting in a bigger one" topic: I think that's what most editing tools already do. They create "proxy files" that are basically low-res versions of your original footage and use them for editing and only pull in the big ones when required, which is usually only when exporting.

I believe it's easier to go to the Velocity City from Cochrane station via the Skywalk.

Hey Doug, unfortunately some service centres are like that in Malaysia.
And yes, we do exactly that: Call every 2-3 days and ask for updates.
That's one downside i have to say; customer service isn't top notch in Malaysia.

You can also come out at Cocrane MRT station as it has a connecting bridge to Sunway Velocity; entrance from the back. Which is actually a little bit nearer to your service centre. You basically walked around to get to Low Yat, i guess its for your walking and talking video, because i am sure you know there is a shortcut to Lowyat from the MRT station. To ride the BRT, take the Kelana Jaya line to USJ 7 station, and take the bus from there. You do not need to exit the station. The BRT bus is interchange with the LRT. You can stop at Sunway (Sunway Pinnacale/BRT Sunway Lagoon station if i am correct) and visit the Sunway Pyramid mall.

1:37:44 it is so much closer to Low Yat Plaza if you walk to that direction

I concur with regard to your thoughts on big business. In my Father's time and my younger days (I am 75) there was certainly a proven dedication to the Customer. With the advent of digital this appears to have disappeared? Those with whom I have interacted recently appear scatterbrain and despite writing comprehensive letters to them outlying my deliberations they do not take my views into account and in responding ask for me to refresh them on what I have already told them. Could this be a post COVID trait? Why can't we focus anymore?
