यूरिन लीक होने की समस्या | What Is Stress Incontinence | Urine Leakge while Coughing| Dr Jay Mehta

जैसे की हमने हमारे पहले वीडियो में Urinary Incontinence के बारेमें जाना था और यह भी जाना था की उसके तीन प्रकार होते है Stress incontinence, Urge incontinence और Mixed incontinence (Stress+ Urge ) , तो इन मेसे आज हम Stress incontinence के बारेमें जानेंगे।
सामान्यतौर जब भी हम कुछ activity कर रहे होते है जैसे की dancing , छींकना , coughing या कूदना तब हमारे पेट के muscles इस acitivity के कारन आकुंचित या दब जाते है। तब इस पेट का pressure bladder पे आता है या bladder के muscle "detrusor" पे आता है। आमतौर पे जब बहार से pressure आता है तब यह signal brain के पास चला जाता है। बादमें फिरसे brain internal sphincter को signal देता है जिसके कारन internal sphincter contract हो जाता है जिसे urine bladder मेही रुक जाता है और हम पेशाब को control कर पाते है।
पर Stress incontinence में जब कभी , पेट का प्रेशर बढ़ता है , brain को signal bladder की तरफ से जाता है पर जो brain का reverse signal आता है internal sphincter केलिए , तब internal sphincter , कमजोर होने के कारन वह बंद नहीं हो पाता। Internal sphincter कमजोर होने के कारन urine leak हो जाता है (involuntary leakage of urine) | यह stress के कारन या किसी activity के pressure के कारन जब अपने आप urine leak हो जाता है तब उसे Stress incontinence कहा जाता है।
