I have enjoyed Combined Arms in Classic Battletech and Alpha Strike. Vehicles come into their own as a supporting arm or as a base of fire for the mechs to operate around. I almost always take an LRM Carrier for Lances without LRMs and if I have a Catapult or Archer get myself a hovercraft to act as an observer. Combined arms is a blast though they do require some reading in advance. First Video Watched so keep it up your poping up in the Algorithm!
Beyond battle armor, I can't recall seeing infantry in any TRO. (Not saying they never made an appearance, I just don't remember one.) I know that standard infantry is usually pretty generic regardless of faction, but I also haven't ever used them, I'm more about the big stompy robots.
@@GamingWithADHD Conventional Infantry actually made a devu in 3085! Must be in the supplemental. They show up in the MUL. Motorized infantry with TAG can be quite useful and low BV/PV.
I Remember buying this at the AFFES book store at RAF Alconbury in england ...
Awesome vid, thank you! :D
Thanks for watching!

Aw. I was hoping to see infantry. Or was that only featured in the 3085 Supplemental?
