Thank you for demonstrating such a cool spread! It looks like a great way to go in depth without also being bogged down by the number of cards. This would probably be great for reading at festivals; it looks impressive while still being clear and straightforward.

Thank you! You're right, it might be a good festival reading spread! :)

Really glad you made this video. I've seen this spread pop up from time to time on tdm Facebook groups and wasn't able to make anything of it. Thank you.

Thank you, Robert! I'm sure there are numerous ways you can do such a spread, this is just what I designed for myself and thought others might want to try it out as well :)

@@wolfofcoins it makes a lot of sense and really illustrates the freedom of the tdm method.

For those looking for a good resource on the Marseille Tarots. The Marseille Tarot by Paul Marteau is a good start. This book has just been translated into English. You can find a copy on: www.circleandtriangle.com. Another good resource is The Marseille Tarot Revealed by Ben Dov, which you can find on Amazon.

Thanks for posting this! I love watching folks do real readings. I plan to do them on my channel as well. Since I started reading TdM (and RWS) visually, I have been using the 3-card tableau. I love the options available in a 9-card spread, however. I love the Lenormand system. But I’ve been doubting my own ability to handle so much information and how to connect the 8 different stories that can happen by reading all the lines. This video helps me get over that doubt. I love how the themes you develop in the first few lines carry through all the way to the end. Thank you so much for posting. I love your content!

Exxcellent, Magdalena! Can't wait to try this. Just putting this out there for us is courageous and shows you are already overcoming some of your self consciousness. Loved it.

Thank you, Anne! :) I'm most self-conscious about my writing, it seems I'm more relaxed about reading cards, haha :D

Thank you, I like this. I’m new to spreads. Your example shows me how to gently extend a three card. It bypasses me getting swamped from complex spreads and to be able focus more on questions that can help find answers.
I love that deck you’ve used.
I’m intrigued by your dark painting. It sounds as though you are meeting your shadow and have lots to talk about to each other! Best of luck with your painting and thank you again.

Thank you so much, Sorcha! Yes, I'm diving into the world of Slavic myth again, this time the darker part of it. Indeed we have a lot to talk about! :D
Thank you so much for watching

Hello, I was missing your TDM videos!!! So nice to see you! This is the spread that I use all the time with Tarot, inspired in Lenormand

Aaaw, thank you so much! It's true, I haven't been too active lately, mostly due to my new baby, but I'm happy when I can find some time for new videos! :)

I Love this it was shared in my Tarot group on FB and it's very helpful! I do something similar to this but I only read the lines top to bottom in storybook fashion. I really like how your spread goes a little deeper but yet is still simple enough to keep from getting a headache. Awesome spread I'm gonna have to go back now and take some notes !!

Thank you so much, so glad it's helpful! I'm still enjoying this spread very much, this is my preferred method for reading with pip decks these days 😃

Very insightful. I read RWS blending visuals with keywords and am working on leaning TdM but the visuals are different without the people in the pips. It is a challenge to my RWS trained brain but I like the greater freedom found in the non-people pips. This was great-thank you!

May I ask you to specify what are the diagonal lines and the first and last (lower) lines.
Thank you, I love watching your videos about Marseilles tarot because I’ve come to a point where I feel the system is limiting me.
and yes, I also wanted to ask about the use of reverse cards. If you already have any videos on this topic, I would appreciate it if you point me to it

    • @wolfofcoins
      @wolfofcoins  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi!
The diagonals are advice. The top and bottom horizontals I read only as additional info, I focus on the middle 'cross', the diagonals and the verticals.
I do not use reversed cards in tarot. One upside down person is enough for me (The Hanged Man), the rest is easier to read when not reversed :)
