    Would this be beneficial with a strained hip flexor?

      Impossible to say without an assessment. The pails contraction will strengthen the hip flexor so in general yes

    Hello.
    Should when doing the pails you should contract the Glutes muscle or let them relax

      Pails is hip flexion so you should feel the hip flexors fire up in the front of the hip thinking about dragging the knee forward isometrically. The glutes are the rails but that doesn’t mean you can’t feel them contract and stabilize the pelvis

    This technique is such trash. Stop over stretching hip capsules

      Gee thanks Asher! Really appreciate your contribution. Let me guess, you want us to get into the 9090 and find some hamstrings? Hmm maybe you just didn’t look long enough on our page to realize we don’t just “stretch” hip capsules
