    This video shows the method of rubber formulation. The laboratory-based scientific instruments were used in this compounding process as a part of the rubber processing lecture. The whole process was described step by degree with English titles to easily understand technical people, although non-technical people can understand the rubber compounding methods. Especially the students who study materials science, materials engineering, polymer science, and elastomer engineering can get benefit from this video.

      Thank you, please keep in mind that compounding is just physical mixing, so the temperature should not be too high, otherwise the reaction will be activated. Therefore, please keep the temperature below 100°C to avoid hardening or vulcanization during compounding.

      Thanks for ur reply sir ,but where the temperature is connected to dat process, I mean I didn't see any temperature up and downs in video

      @@user-pc6xf1rq3z In this video, the initial temperature used was 50 °C. Due to internal friction, it sharply raised around 80-90 °C. After homogenization, it reduced continuously. Please watch carefully, it was shown in the graph. I mean changing of temp and torque with mixing time.

      sir give epdm curing agent persentage. zdbc, sulphur, tmt, zdc, mbt.
