You definitely need to do the cheese skirt on something. You might want to try that Hy-Vee reaper cheese you get. A cheese skirt is kind of like bacon it makes it better.

After a little trial and error I figured out my style on these tacos. They are easy to do and delicious. You should try to make the skirt out of leftover Mac and cheese. I think adding some cheddar to it could make it work. I will be waiting for the video. Maybe Noob will take me on a date to get some Tacos.

The guy who originally started the Squeeze Inn in California moved to Missouri and opened one up in Stockton Mo. This is about 3 hours from where I live. They do the cheese skirt tacos. I have never gone there yet but my Sister goes there and gets the Tacos. This is my play on them. I'm not sure exactly how they prepare them. They were delicious for sure. I need to get out to California and check out the original. Thanks for watching.
Nice, I would almost be inclined to just fold that cheese skirt back over the open part of the taco after it is folded.

You should play around with the cheese skirt concept. It has endless possibilities. Why stop at burgers and tacos.
