    This is one of Stevie's best songs. Always liked it. The cover by RHCP is very good. Completely different style of music. I agree that the original is the best.

    This is the song that kept Stevie Wonder alive after a log went into his forehead in a tragc accident/ While in the hospital, they kept playing the tape of this song over and over for him and the lyrics coudn't have been more fitting!

      at the point when he says "I'm a little boy" in the outro of this tune it goes completely and utterly off the funk scale.. It's simply sick ..

    I know it might sound strange but you should look at some pentatonix. They way they arrange has taught me so much . They have a way of making songs you love even better and songs you really never cared for make you actually like them .My theory is. We are hard wired to respond to the human voice that instruments can't not saying instruments can't move you it's just different. There cover of hallelujah is probably the best place to start & the sound of silence

    Listening to his music is nice. Try playing his songs via piano. His ballads, 4 every not he hits, he hits a chord. So difficult but so beautiful, for example Ribbon In the Sky.

    Van Halen's better than the Kinks? OK, that's your opinion (and I respect that) but (to me) David Lee Roth is as plastic as they come! BTW, his solo direct rip-off of Louis Prima's "Just a Gigolo" (including the exact same scat) was as sleazy as it gets. BTW, The Red Hot Chili Peppers are a GREAT band... but Stevie Wonder has them beat (in my opinion) when it comes to individual talent.

    • @brianforgie7724
      @brianforgie7724 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thats sn insane statement van Halen. The Kinks have 30 classic tunes stretching all styles. Best band in the world. Their out put is crazy. Stevie can't be covered. Original is always better. You created the tune other people fucked with it easy too do.
