Respect for admiting the oversight. I've seen other reactors make blunders (worse than just not seeing something), and when they had their mistake pointed out, they refused to even acknowledge their mistake, let alone attempt to correct it as you have.

Even though she has fantastic independent hand coordination being such a highly practised pianist, there is a world of difference between independent hands and fingers on keys and the same on two separate instruments. Who hasn’t seen keyboard players with banks of keys playing notes on two at the same time. But like every musical instrument, diligent practice makes even the most complicated pieces a matter of muscle memory. As talented as she is, Miyako still had to glance at the fret a couple of times. It’s a bit of a performance flourish, but you could probably count the number of people capable of doing it on the fingers of one of her dainty hands.
