How to change hepa filter on Dyson Cinetic Big Ball Vacuum Cleaner Model CY22/CY23
Made a mistake of cleaning up to much plaster and dust during renovations. Ended up destroying the hepa filter in the Dyson Cinetic Big Ball Vacuumm Cleaner. After Contacting the retailer and searching Dyson website for information ( of which none was available and no spare parts available amazing! I decided to pull it appart and see if i could clean the filter. Worked it out, washed the filter dryed it and it was back to 80% efficiecy. Then got online and found the part at vaccuum spares.com.au none in stock left email to be notified when available. It cost of 68 & 8.95 shipping at total of $77. Hope this video may help someone who has the same issues.

thanks for the video. Purchased a CY22 second hand, the "permanent" filter is caked and even broken. £55 from Dyson. Seriously? Plus £79 for normal people who cannot disassemble a vacuum. What was wrong with the old £15 user-repleaceable filters????? Dyson like Apple.

The wheels were phillips head screws but the inside were a tiny star shape. I couldn't go any further🫤 I have one of those star shaped screw head drivers, but it is too short, and the extension piece makes it too thick to fit in the long holes😣
