Im not sure why that bothers you. A $400 knife that is an integral with exotic materials should have a better blade finish than the basement option. I can order a $20 knife in that finish. A belt satin or hand satin would elevate the knife to its appropriate level imho. As always everything i say is my opinion. Not sure where jealousy comes in 🤣. Im happy for MC and Kunwu, and have 0 feelings of jealousy about this.
Just have to say this . GECs sell for 100-200 dollars and the minute the are sold out they jump in value 100% at a minimum. The barlows go from 150 to 4- 500 dollars overnight. So there is intrinsic value of materials and there is collector value in a timeless and traditionally crafted pocket knife . GEC stomps all knives made in China . The last statement is just my opinion but everything else is facts .
