Selective Incorporation makes sure that not only Federal Government, but also State Governments have to abide by the Bill of Rights to make sure that the Civil Liberties of People are not Trampled. Is that Correct. Also, Thank You Very Much for all the Informative and Understandable Videos.

Since my AP exams don’t matter Due to some circumstances I decided I will try and challenge myself for this AP gov exam. I have not studied at all and I will spend the whole day today watching videos and reviewing for the exam. I want to see what’s the best grade I can get with only study for 6 hours prior to the exam. Will update with my results when they come it

@@bird347 i ended up running out of time and getting a - as a grade isn’t that sad but I did do this same method for my apush exam the year before and ended up getting a 5

@@bird347 this was during covid so it was an at home AP exam. I believe I was on the essay section and I was almost finished before moving to the next section of the test because each section was timed separately and I ran out of time.

Not all the rights listed in the bill of rights have been incorporated. Only some have been selected. Namely the 3rd & 7th amendments have not been. At least to my understanding

I don’t think there’s much difference. This one is probably just updated to fit the changes of this years Exams
Yeah not a ton of difference, the new one is more laser focused on the AP Content, the old one has a little more stuff
