Upon my first sight of the home I was struck by how familiar it felt to me perhaps because the home has features that i have dreamed of and that i want in a home. The symmetry at the front entrance with the front walkway dividing that front area. The window view from the kitchen. The coverings over the windows which softens the harshness of bright light which shines through. Everything about the home exudes tasteful comfortability. To say I loved the home on sight is an understatement because it is everything I have ever dreamed of when I think of home. It's the type of home that makes me believe that dreams can come true.
Like the modern interpretation of the barn style, especially in the rural context. But the interior really let’s the house down. Looks like the inside of a Marriott hotel
I think it's the right moment to try to clarify one thing. Minimalism can "meet elegance" but to a limited extent. "Minimalism" within a huge space and surrounded by a huge "yard" - that is not minimalism. Minimalism in the maximum space, with very expensive technique and very expensive interior elements, with very expensive maintenance of all that and probably very expensive project... in my opinion, this is by no means minimalism. All this is very beautiful, comfortable and in a way on the threshold of futuristic. I believe that it is a great pleasure to live or stay in such an arranged space. But in my opinion it's not minimalism... It's another style that probably has a more adequate name...
The only thing I'd change about The Local Project videos is the audio volume on the people speaking. This one was particularly difficult to listen to because the woman spoke loudly but then became low and monotone. Overall the speakers speaking in low tones and not enunciating makes it difficult to understand what they're saying.
I understand you need to fund your videos but the advertising is becoming more and more prominent. I think you need to find a balance here that doesn’t disturb us architecture enthusiasts!
My first investment with Mr Herbert gave me the assurance that have made me invest without the fear of losing, I got four of my friends involved with him already
How? How do you create a project like this. We are in the process of buying a tiny plot of land and wanting to build a 80m2 with a half floor above. I would love! to make something sustainable, collecting rain and taking advantage of the sun for heating, top isolating and building a home that someone will be thrilled to move in to 100 years from now, but how do you get started with a project like this. We live in Copenhagen, and all we seem to be able to find, are companies that mass produce homes (well) but don’t give this way of thinking any attention.

Theres so much beauty in the very simple yet clever symmetrical placement of the 3 rectangular forms that make the house ♥️
Yeah we builders call them boxes lol
Me gusta mucho lo sobria y práctica que es la casa. No me gusta tanto la decoración, pero eso es muy personal. Saludos
I just recently discovered this channel but i love the "watch while high" factor in these videos. Truly relaxing and beautiful filming.
You need to be high to listen to these snobby twats ramble on about three boxes like it some great artistic feat haha
Well put 💸 literally one of my top 5 channels. No one does it like local project… 🫶
The transition between inside and out is great! Moving shutters, moving glass etc... so good!
The Theme of Longevity is apropriated, This house makes you forget your problems and makes you live purely longevity😎
Utter serenity, sublime. Timeless and could be in the English countryside and still work. Beautiful

Another amazing home in a long list of amazing homes well captured by The Local Project.
such a cozy home, loved every single thing bout it

❤ This house is perfect 😊
I love it, everything about it
incredible
dream house!
love this. love this
Love the surroundings and the interior but not the biggest fan of these modern shed like looking homes, think they'll go out of style quick

teara.govt.nz/en/trees-in-the-rural-landscape/page-4
ooooh, these shootings 😍
How much for a house like this?
Can I get this design
Lovely house; too much talk; too little of the house shown. My 2 cents. 🙏🏽
❤❤❤❤❤❤👍🏿
🥰🥰🥰
Beautifully built no doubt but seems to be a theme of this channel -> bland ++++ interiors
Ok
Script sounding like it was written by chat gpt -> Words that seem to make sense but mean absolutely nothing
If they just have hired a nice landscape designer 😕
OMG architects talk a load of crap lol
Chav meets Bogan
Boring
Colorless, drab, dark, depressing. The energy is sad.
