      Sh. Hamza is more inclined towards Sufism while Dr. Ali Ataie does not associate himself with any sort of mysticism but Islam just as myself.. Nonetheless I have great respect for both great Scholars. It’s like me liking Allama Ibn Ajrum for his contribution to Arabic language while he was known for great Sufi mystic nothing more.

    I thought the gunas were representative of energetic states of matter. Rajas = action/energy. Tamas = rest/lack of energy. Sattva = balance between the other two. That we all have these gunas within us.

    Late to the party, do you think Hinduism is somewhat similar to Christianity in their concept of God's divinity incarnated into human(s) though Hindus do not say Vishu, Krishna were humans?

    Vast because it includes 4 era (yug)
    1. Eternal (always exist) Supreme God and his demigods (bev-devi).
    2.Rama era (stya-treta yug) ramayana.
    3.Krishna (Dwapar yug). Mahbharat/gita.
    4. From 3200 b.c.Kali yug which includes Buddha too. That's why its vast. Its difficult to study whole 4 yuga all scriptures.

    Panentheism and sometimes pantheism , creator is same as created . The mystic experience is merely a training , it blurs the boundaries between self and non-self. An illusion based on parietal lobe state. Sufism etc are such religions. Distinct from Prophetic revelation and real knowledge of reality .

    • @karimb972
      @karimb972 3 ปีที่แล้ว +12

      Sufism is conform to orthodox sunni islam, it is merely a branch of knowledge of sunni islam that focuses on good behaviour and good intentions. It has nothing to do with pantheism, hinduism, buddhism or anything else besides strict sunni islam. The fact that they are marginal pseudo-sufi groups with unorthodox beliefs or practices does not change that fact. Only ignorance condemns sufism as non-islamic.

    You said Aldous Huxley believed in HCF, as all religions have including Abrahmical. It is wrong. When Vedanta developed, there was no Christianity or ISLAM. Sanatan believes those who believe in Brahmana as the supreme entity have HCF. Islam is Islam Sanatan is Sanatan, we are not interested in creating Din-e-Elahi that a common for the whole world. Either one is a follower of Sanatan dharma or NOT.

      The only cruelty human can experience in this world is from another human! So, humanity is the cruelty!
      The fact that you're saying the other religion is cruel, is a proof that you're human who is cruel to himself / herself!
      Why are you kind and the other is cruel, other than the baseless lies you're propagating?
      It's clear that you couldn't question yourself, only others! So, who do you question as a Hindu? Or what do you aim to self-realise, self-hatred!
