I'd choose running the potato company over working for someone else and telling you what to do plus being afraid that you might not get a job the next day if you didn't do good on the monthly performance report. So many people are dying to be their own boss and this dude hasnt realized that yet.
I'd suggest to the listener: take your language skills and use them in the growth of the potato business. Growing your own veg is way underrated. Anyone with access to a pail can make their life better with fresh veg!
