I just have to say and I know you’ve probably heard this several times before but I truly adore your energy and your excitement for life. Many people, including myself sometimes downplay emotions, and you’re just raw in your most beautiful human form and it inspires me to embrace myself more! Also love that you included all the little details in this podcast, we want to hear it! Thank you for sharing as always 🫶🏽
I totally understand your frustration about panic attacks! Out of nowhere, I started getting them a few years back and still can't explain why. For the present, they're a part of my life, but I have learned how to get through them so much better and you will too. If you can get through a panic attack, you can do anything! Prior to 2020, I never had them. My theory is hormones. Tried medication but it made me feel worse. Triggers can be caffeine, alcohol, and even driving. I'm a very confident person, just like you, so experiencing these through me for a loop. I had never experienced anything where I wasn't in control. Face this head on knowing that you are strong enough to handle this temporary change in your life. Panic attacks don't have to be forever!
I had my first panic attack after drinking a celsius too.. I now get panic attacks when I'm doing day to day things and had to start taking anxiety medication. I do not get it either and I get so mad at myself so I completely relate!!
Did something happen to James' brother? Like does he have a brother that passed or something. I hope not, I'm just asking because of the butterfly pin....

I believe he does have a brother that passed. I think he's spoken about it on ig, but briefly.
