Curious about the immigration papers submitted then getting engaged. Would that affect the status? Have to submit papers soon and it’s so specific when it asks relationship to USA citizen

Agree with overall comments on marriage. They aren’t some ordinary couple and she makes a living from being public about her life. Only after watching did I learn she’s already Married so it’s strange. And it’s fine to still get engaged and have a church wedding. Just disappointed in the omission of truth aka lie.

Just so you know, you are standing with a country that dropped "dumb bombs" with no targets to maximize civilian deaths and the destruction of innocent peoples lives (source: washington post). This is being funded and supported by the US and you could have used your platform for good.
Omg all these people obsessed with the fact they legally got married before being engaged and they haven't told the public. It's really not that serious! It's because he is not an American citizen. He has to go through the visa (Greencard process) which takes a lot of time! With them being legally married, they can go ahead and initiate the paperwork for the greencard. I am sure they still want to be able to enjoy the traditional process that most couples get to experience aka the time period of being fiancés and the planning process! For fucks sake let these people enjoy their engagement and time in their lives without trying to force them to acknowledge they've already signed paperwork. My husband and I did the same thing as he is not an American citizen and we did not tell anyone not even our bridal party and we still called each other fiancés until our wedding day! Good god let them live
The legal marriage does not change the surprise engagement. That was just a required technicality. It’s their story. It’s their timeline. Move on!!! It’s their unique love story.
