- Kassia - Can Buy or Bye-Bye?
I am going to talk about an upcoming new condominium in the East. This condo is located near Flora Drive. Near the Changi Prison Complex. This condo is known as the Kassia. I will be doing a SWOT analysis and see if this is truly a project that you can consider to make money or to avoid altogether.

Agree with one of the comments, tennis court at my condo is always fully booked except those obvious hours like 11am - 3/4pm.

Jai Hind. Prices had run up appreciably in the frenzied Property speculation cycle. Those with a Stomach for risks will still Buy at higher and higher prices.
It's like the stock market. Sometimes u lose money. Sometimes u win big. Hard to time. So the best is to buy some index funds n invest those extra funds....buy long term. Same as property. U think it will crashed. It goes up. In the end. Many prices out. So good to invest with long term and don't overstretch n take some risk. Low risk = lousy return.
Buying for investment is risky. Buying for own stay is still a possible option but the location is remote

Honestly for a new mrt, no one will pin hope on such as this is wishful thinking.
Not sure why CDL build such with majority smaller units in OCR which is far from mrt.
No tennis court is a big issue when it comes to facilities. I don't play tennis but my condo tennis court is average 80% booked everyday.
Used to like CDL, HL too until my project is built by them. Rectification not done even after 5 years ended up we have to engage in lawsuit to get things done. Our R&R was delayed too.
The only saving grace to me is the price is reasonable for a FH project with good floorplan but one has to decide if this is a worthwhile project to buy.
i can help to answer. building small homes is a cash cow for most developers. u never know.....PM already said in the next few years...50 stations are going to open. even in far-flung at jurong hill and jurong pier under the JRL. anything is possible.....
