Oh my gosh, it was soooo good! I actually ate a piece right off the backbone as I was slicing the tuna open. It had a little bit of salt from my fingers and it was just perfect.

Thank you! We have eaten that tuna about 3 times a week and shared it with friends along the way. We're still only halfway through it!
