They as good as confirmed she didn’t cheat. So I really think it’s about her not being “honest” with him about how she really feels about being a wife. Quan looks drained because of how excited he was about marrying Rissa and felt his world come crashing down when he found out she wasn’t on the same page. Hence why he also blocked her. But, she apologised and they seem to be working through it which is why she’s still wearing her ring as well. It also explains why Quans brother stated that people have kids out of boredom and not love.
