Before her iconic voice as Rapunzel in Tangled, she debuted in 1999 with her pop hit Candy. Listen to it, and you'll catch on.
Just came to see that Michael is on top. Carry on.
Not only the best pop songs is definitely Vogue by Madonna but do not forget INTO THE GROOVE or LIKE A PRAYER? Instead of Lady Gaga, Kylie Minogue deserves top on Top 5 with CAN NOT GET YOU OUT OF MY HEAD ... one of the most best pop songs ever written. Paula Abdul STRAIGHT UP definitely...
@@cofam8668 Instead of her, Janet Jackson "That's The Way Love Goes". Gaga... "Rah, rah-ah-ah-ah
Roma, roma-ma, Gaga, ooh-la-la...Want your bad romance"....Janet Jackson "Don't mind if I light candles
I like to watch us playin'
Baby I've got on what you like
Come closer baby closer
Reach out and feel my body
I'm gonna give you all my love..." see a huge difference between RIDICULOUSNESS and SENSUALITY.
My favourite pop songs of all'time include
Donna Summer bad girl
, Rasputin boneam
Steve woder master blaster ABBA dancing queen,
Prince kiss
Maddona fever
Love, love the variety .. and the king of pop .. MJ .. this was very good .. pop is such a genre that is always giving .. kudos to creating such a well researched and edifying countdown List ..
Super bass by Nicki Minaj also deserves to be on the list..I mean that was a cultural reset you guys
I love Michael Jackson. Man In The Mirror is number one favorite
Prince, Rihanna, Tina Turner, Usher, Boys2Men, Bowie, Black Eyed Peas…. And if it is truly best pop songs of all time, Many one hit wonders. (Aha - “take on me” and Carly Rae - “call me maybe” would have to be listed if not mentioned)
How can you not have xtina’s “beautiful” or “what a girl wants” on this list as well as NSYNC’s “bye bye bye”
Wow this list is so On Point. When we talk of POP, the Pop Royalties should be on Top. And they occupied the Top 3 spots. The King-Michael, The Queen-Madonna, and the Princess-Britney.
"Dancing Queen" is great because dancing always brings joy!
Whitney Houston made my childhood singing When You Believe. I think her movie The Bodyguard should get more love. Whitney is like a goddess
Where is Village People?? Bee Gees??? Janet Jackson?? But you decided to include a disposable teen group with no relevance to music path or influence like BTS 🤦🏽♂️ Mariah Carey a living legend lower with a powerful song but you put Dynamite higher? Really MsMojo???
I swear I’m never gonna watch mojo again if I didn’t see Britney in this list. So great seeing here her. 😊
This is such a great list. Made me feel very nostalgic & I had to add some of them to my playlist since I haven't heard them in so long. Also, just a slight correction...BTS was ALREADY huge internationally it's just that Dynamite was the first song that most westerners who didn't know or cared to know BTS heard of simply because IT WAS IN ENGLISH.
My Top 10 Personal Favorite Pop Songs
1. We Belong Together - Mariah Carey
2. It's Oh So Quiet - Björk
3. I Want It That Way - Backstreet Boys
4. Bulletproof - La Roux

Queen are a rock band
You're telling me that the KING OF POP only had ONE song on here!?
100% agree with the top 3. Princess, Queen and King of POP. As they should. Period.

Berlin~Take My Breath Away
Kenny Loggins~Footloose
Bonny Tyler~Total Eclipse of the Heart
The Verve~ Bittersweet Symphony
I knew MJ will be number one. Who else deserves that position but Him
Mj is mj
...no one could defeat this man
...he will always be no. 1 till earth vanishes
I knew Top 3 would be Michael, Madonna and Britney (King, Queen and Princess) and I think the three most iconic, succesful and greatest songs of each of them are the following:
MICHAEL JACKSON: Billie Jean, Thriller, Beat it.
MADONNA: Like a Prayer, Vogue, Like a Virgin.
BRITNEY SPEARS: ...Baby one more time, Toxic, Oops I did it again.
For me my top pop of all time would be like this:
1. Billie Jean-Michael Jackson
2. Vogue-Madonna
3. Bad Romance - Lady Gaga
4. ...Baby One More Time - Britney Spears
5. Lady Marmalade - Christina Aguilera, P!nk, Lil'Kim & Mya

LOL. Respect the Pop Royalty. Michael, Madonna, Britney. Lady Gaga is surely a great artist too but can never be above Britney. Only Michael and Madonna can.
Disagree with Lady Gaga above Britney Spears. Either Beautiful or Genie in a Bottle is Christina’s #1 song.
Backstreet boys will always rock forever
MJ FOREVER
Hips don't lie and Since you been gone ❤️❤️❤️
I think hips dont lie isnt just the greatest pop song but one of the greatest songs of all time
We all knew that some MJ Song would be the number one, the King is unbeatable.
BTS was already famous in thee eyes of their US fans. They had a million fans in the United States alone when "Dynamite" graced the charts otherwise how do you think it gain so much notoriety. Singles sold, streaming on Spotify, iTunes plus other steaming sites plus TH-cam.
BTS has the Army and we have BTS. Millions of Army, fans in every country 💜
Watch out, because BTS drops their new anthology Album, "Proof", dedicated to Army. Their newest release will be "Yet to Come". Stand back, while BTS dominates the world and charts 💜✨️🎉🤟💐💋😉❤️
Man, what a list....Most of the songs never heard before, some I hate & ONLY 2 I like so many better artists & songs deserve to be on this list
Ace of Base should have placement or honorable mention at the least, they also had iconic singles and hits in the early 90's.
The Pop Royal Family at the top. Michael Jackson, Madonna and Britney Spears. Its just logical. 😎💅🏻
In 2014, a study at the University of Amsterdam with the Museum of Science and Industry in Manchester, found that "Wannabe" is the most recognizable and catchiest pop song of the last 60 years.
You missed “groove is in the heart” by dee-lite. Absolutely iconic. Also the Kelly Clarkson track I would’ve given a shout out to would be “my life would suck without you”. It’s sooo feel good.
Ok how can you not have Titanium (David Guetta + Sia) in this list?
The Granddaddy Of All Lists. All Iconic Pop Songs In History Will Be Included
One more obscure artist that definitely has her mark in the music biz is Paula Abdul with her song “Opposites Attract”
Princes "When Doves Cry" should've been included
Or Purple Rain or Raspberry Beret.
Or ANYONE prior to disco. ABBA is the earliest group mentioned.
Exactlyy!
Well I feel old now. Brought back tons of memory sensations. Odd I still listen to those but never got this feeling.
Love to see Shakira and Madonna in the top 10.
