Nepgear is happily cooking with her Blanc Onee-chan in this situation. If I recall correctly the swaps go: Blanc/Nepgear, Neptune/Rom, Noire/Ram, and Vert/Uni.

IRL, Vert has no sisters, because Microsoft has never released a portable console.
Also, I don't know if anyone has said this, but Rom-chan is too pure for this world.

Something I just noticed is that if you ever played Okami and/or read up on Japanese Mythology is that the story that Neptune is telling to Rom is rather a VERY common tale. I'll let anyone who still watches this figure it out for themselves on which tale it might be. Although I think because of "reasons" Nep might have had to change the names of some of the characters in order to preserve this story for younger audiences that might not fully understand. In fact now that I look back at all the other games and what transpires in them is that they tend to tell A LOT of stories from Japanese cultures. If I were to make a list there would be about 20 examples. Sure the entire series is about crossovers and The Console Wars but easter eggs are there. It just takes a sharp eye to find them all.
