If you look in the inside of your door lock, there should be a 4sided to hexbolt handle shaft.
You need to use the alligator pin to keep your hex bolt in place.
It seems that your interior panel's hexbolt is not inserted all the day.
That would cause the deadbolt to be idle when pulling the handle from the inside.
I hope this solves your problem.

Hi HD Video Depot, I have an issue that my lock doesn't stay locked. So the opposite of Mr Krish's issue. When I close the door it locks, then it automatically unlocks itself. Any idea why?

Hi Krish, I have the same issue as Patrick. When close the door it locks, there is peep peep sound. And inidcate unlock. so dont need any card, pin or fingerprint autentication push the handle can enter
