How long or how many months does the battery last? If you’re away for on a long holiday and it turned off (empty batt)- it means you won’t be able to enter?
I have issue with battery drained very quickly, i have replaced 3 sets of batteries within 6 days. Can you advice, what could be the possible issue?

If I don’t have the initial password how do I move about to next step? Does the factory reset allow me to set a new password without knowing the old password ?
Would be nice if it could controlled using a smartphone and even see log events
For the method that reset to the factory setting , doesn’t it unlock the door too ?
You have done a great instruction but unfortunately I think messed up and I try to start to over by doing factory reset but it doesn’t allow me. Is there any other way to reset it?
When I click reg for 5 seconds it gives me all 3 sounds but keypad doesn’t come up. It is still asking for unlocking passport. Can you please help.
Heh Anyone to help me . The fingerprint function doesn’t register even after it beeps x 3 as suggested Any trouble shooting I could do to correct this n register my finger print ?
Unlock and open door. Press Reg button. Enter master pin then *. Place finger on glass until the lock beeps once and then lift your finger off glass. Repeat previous step 2 more times. After the third it should success beep and you will see a + pattern blink on the keypad (numbers 24568) which means it was added. If you got 4 beeps then you got an error beep which means you either have to try it again or that finger is already registered.
How to use phone to open?
Unable to do slot assign. there is error message after i input slot# + *.
If you get an error beep after trying to register to a certain number then something is already registered to that save slot (could be an RFID tag).
