thankyou , it solve my problem actually this happened not because the wordpress is error, but the problem came from our browser we use try to test on another browser, this is work well and not appear blank page.. all you have to do is just downgrade your chrome browser or maybe use the classic editor plugin like the video ,this is work... thanks man!!

Here is the solution: clear your browser's cookies or use incognito mode, and it will work!

I fixed the block editor by updating my Wordpress version
