Google has changed the websites interface little bit, the export contacts option is now available on the top-right corner of the Contacts list section (between Print and 3 vertical dots icons). Later when you start importing contacts on iCloud then you should know that Apple also changed the icloud.com website interface little bit. So the Import (+) icon is available on the top-right corner of the screen.
This video is helpful. It works perfectly with .csv exportation file but the method 'adding Google contact to Contacts' Settings > Contacts > Accounts > Add Account > Selecting Google (Can't be clicked)

Before selecting any contacts, that menu had two options: "Display density" and "Change column order". Once I selected at least one contact, the options in the three dots menu changed to "Print" "Export" "Hide from contacts" and "Delete".
