5:25 Should mention that it's easy to break the AMD plastic clips on the motherboard when tightening. Be careful - I wasn't twisting that hard when mine broke. Now I have to try to find a new clip and wait on that to arrive.
Excellent video. The first two installation search results were two channels pumping out short vids, sped up with annoying music blasting out - no instructions whatsoever. So thank you for making a vid that is actually fit for purpose!!
Hey victor! Are you able to connect the included 6 port controller to the motherboard to control Argb? or that controller can be used just via coolermaster software?
The Coolermaster Masterliquid Core doesnt come with instructions so this video is build-saving. Thank you sir. EDIT: I WAS WONDERING WHAT THOSE LITTLE CLIPS WERE FOR!!! Its to hold the connectors together! That's so helpful to know!!!
QUESTION 2:05 can someone tell me why the pwm cable the black ones have 3 pins to connect the 3 fans but the red cable has four? so which of the 3 radiator fan get the 4 pin connecter and the other 2 the 3 pin?
I can’t get the lighting to work, I had to purchase a conversion cable because my asus prime z270 mobo does not have a slot for that strange 3 pin daisy chain to plug into. I’ve plugged it in the rgb header slot and I’m not getting any lights and armory crate isn’t recognizing it for lighting
Hi - just to be sure: the header from the CPU cooler needs to be connected to the “Pump_Fan. Instead the the header 3-1 from the 3 fan needs to be inserted into the “CPU fan”. Is that correct? Thanks 🙏
Hmmm. Mine came with a connector box not those cables.. it is v2. But the lights on the cpu and radiator fans flash for a second then turn off. 5 seconds later they flash again then turn off :/ .. the clear box connector is connected to cpu fan and the rgb to rgb on mb. It's saying the pump has rpm in bios
I need help asap. Not sure what’s going on but my cooler is not sitting flat on CPU. Any recommendations? There’s a gap in between and I’m not sure what I have to do. It fits on on both AMD brackets, I start to tighten then there’s just a gap
Apparently on the hub or mobo, my board doesn’t have that particular pin pattern and I’m stuck without lighting. Idk what to do. Already bought conversion cables but it’s not working
I just bought this thing, I love it. Super think radiator and very powerful pump. The only thing i can't understand why i can't control the rgb? lol, And yes as from experience it's the biggest cooler surface cooling wise, It's massive and will cover a whole cpu, i have i7-12700K, Under stress testing it will never go over 65
RGB can be controlled through RGB Software, if you connect the ARGB cables to ARGB ports on the motherboard. I personally have them connected to an RGB controller connected to my case
@@anonymousx6651 Hmmm, I have the exact issue. The tech guy who prepared my case did this I think. Because there is a botton on the top of the case to change the lights and all case fan lights, pump light and the fans of the cooler (3) lights simultaneously. I can change the sync or the type of the light via this button. But never succeded changing from mystic light. Am I correct?
@@FearlessFrog Yep, you can connect the controller (probably in the back of the case) to your motherboard and it will act as just a hub that you can control through mystic light or other RGB software
are you sure the head doesn't rotate. cooler master has a picture on their site that shows the logo upside down but the tubes still exiting by the ram. i hoping it does rotate bc i run 4 ram sticks and don't want to risk clearance.
what a horrible design; I should have gone with EVGA or Corsair; requiring a seperate RGB controller is maximum jackass when EVGA, Corsiar, and NZXT 360mm can do the lighting without that.
Why is this stressing me out so much, my first build :(
how did you go? I’ll be doing my first build in around 7 weeks just getting all the parts slowly and I am nervous as hell
Mines in about a year lol I'm still getting the parts for it@@Platinum199
@@Platinum199 Don’t worry, its easier than you think but at the same time kind of stressful

How did it turn out 😲

Thanks. I needed exactly this. First time pc builder. 😅
Do you have problem with it? How is noise
I love the way you say aio
Excellent presentation and very clear and concise instructions and video.
It's not clear. Why is one socket red and the other 2 black. Does fan placement matter?

@Wincow never really figured it out just Chose a random fan to get the 4 pin connector really. Hope this helps

It does rotate you just have to turn it hard and then it has clips inside for 4 different positions

is it still fine to mount it in a way that the logo is upside down? So if the tubes were on the right?
Yes. It's not going to change anything.
