NICE! I have been eating Dim Sum, and having Har-Gow all my life from Hongkong to NYC Chinatown, because for a Chinese having breakfast is usually to a tea house, especially you're with friends. Anyhow, KUDOS to you. Your Har-Gow making is excellent. By the way, where do you live, may I stop by and have a bite? Hahaha 😁

Morgane, You did very well in the wrapping of Har Gow, so pretty ! The Cantonese will not chop all the prawns, since you're going to make 24, leave 24 prawns or 12 prawns, then cut each into 2. the rest chopped. We add in the 2 types of flour together then pour in the boiling water . Since you're using the bamboo steam basket, no need to put in the metal steamer. See which pot can fit the bamboo basket in, use that pot or even the wok. Boil the water, when it is boiling, just put the bamboo basket in, The base must not touches the water. Steam as it is. Are you from Loas ?
