I honestly need to watch LOTMS again it's been a while..., because I did almost forget that he was doing art for UA on it. Also as much as I like seeing new people reading the comics, it's still super weird to me that they likely think the comics are new (not everyone checks the publication date) when I know that they have been around for at least 12 years. I'm not used to being in the position of the hipster.

Gerard is truly one of the sweetest people on this planet. When I met him, he was so unbelievably kind, despite being anxious due to the massive amount of people he was interacting with that day. I was just going to ask him to sign one thing and he kept saying, "want me to sign that, too?" and I kept saying "Oh, I don't want to be a pain" and he was like "Not at all! Give it here" and signed like 8 things, including my original Revenge CD that I've had for 15 years. It means the absolute world to me. He also complimented my cosplay, which did wonders for my confidence because it was the first time I ever cosplayed in public. Being plus size, I was super nervous about that.

Funny thing is he made it a point to seperate his music from his comics, at least at first. When Umbrella Academy was coming out he didn't allow the use of My Chemical Romance "the really big emo band that was going places" as a marketing tool. I remember because a couple of my friends were already fans of MCR and I was new to the band. And they told me. I'm pretty sure we were at a library and they wanted to see if the library had the volume of apocalypse suite so they could borrow it- so it might have been just after it won the award. Basically it was fairly well known among MCR fans that he did both, but it hadn't become general fact about MCR yet. But yes, it's good to see that people from the mainstream are discovering that link and noticing that he has talent for both/either because of the Netflix show.
Cant have success without a back burner project. And MCR will carry on even in replays. The black parade may be dead but we will carry on! And tho tbeyre dead and gone believe me tbeir memories will carry on. GnOteWarning!

Gerard has this second work about comics, but if there wasn't the Covid 19, they have done their concerts but for the Covid the tour will be in 2021. I think and I'm sure that they will do their tour of Return and in 2022 a new album will coming. I believe in them and Mikey said that they will back better than before and I believe in Mikey! Please guys don't do any problems, just have patience and all will be better I'm sure!

I wanna meet this man, that is my wish. I actually started to cry when I saw another video and my sister actually got me on video. She asked me why I was crying and all I could say was "Gerard is just beautiful. Anyone tries to hurt him, they are dying no questions asked."
I truly admire him as a creator and a person. So genuine, so talented. I am so happy to see the recognition he is getting for his work (aside from MCR of course. A band that was integral in defining a generation.) I am truly excited to see what comes from his mind. It will inevitably be wonderful. It will inevitably save lives. Everything this guy touches becomes so unique and special. He is a superhero in my eyes.

You should if you can, it's really excellent. Not just for comic book geeks or MCR fans. Easy sell for me but my wife (neither of the above) was hooked within minutes. The depth of the characters, imagination & sense of fun really sets it apart from the crowd.
