Connor, you are light years ahead of standardized physical therapists. This is a very intelligent and executed set of exercises. We are so grateful for you sharing this with us all ❤

Damn bro you couldve just pulled the public hospital doctor card and said ''your foot is just like that, leave it be''

Connor, you are crushing it bud. Just out of curiosity, do you leave the retakes in the videos on purpose or do you just miss them in editing? :)

This is true. Yet, 4 teams of PT's told me "eh, your hips aren't a problem". Um, dumb dumb nonsense...my hip absolutely contributed to my right foot problem, demonstrably. Thx Conor. Working through your videos here and getting better daily

I had flat feet reconstruction surgery. Now i have beautiful arches. It changed my life but i wouldn't recommend for everyone-- because now i have new issues with my right foot and it's almost impossible to find shoes that fit my right foot. I don't pronate anymore but there's new issues and problems. My feet were beyond collapsed and while i wouldn't recommend surgery to everyone, sometimes it's the only option to give your feet arches and a "normal" shape

I wish to God you could help me. 12 years chronic pain two back surgeries. Muscles are completely contracted from my back to my feet. My feet completely collapsed in January.. this goes back to when I was born. Flat feet. I wore steel arches shoes for 12 years. Until I told my grandmother I wasn't going to wear them anymore.

Thanks Conor. Not sure if it's done on purpose, but there is an "a" missing from the Pinnacle Performance logo at the end.

Hey Connor, how often would you recommend doing whichever exercise is determined to be the most effective (reps & sets)?

Hey Conor, i have scoliosis and i want your advice on doing you breathing exercise the one in which we inhale 2s and exhale 2s and stop for 4s .
Do you think it's a bad idea for people with scoliosis to do such exercise?

I’ve had flat feet for as long as I remember. I have no arch and it definitely hurts at times. I have to wear insoles to help with the pain.

My feet are flat as a pancake, but I think I have some nerve damage. It doesn't matter what shoe I wear or sole. I usually scrap my feet or roll it to release some tension. I have had my ankle adjusted/ been to a chiropractor, but it didn't help.

honestly this is a great tutorial for a doc for a PT exam but far too complex to do for someone just wants to fix flat feet. Not sure if I am the only one feeling this way after watching this video (been following your content for years that's my general observation for all of the videos). No hate, just my feedback,

I fixed my flat feet by correcting my posture

@@ishikaasawa1598lots of time spent analyzing my own posture and looking at TH-cam videos. Took me a long time and trial and error. I’d recommend a physiotherapist if possible so it’s faster.

instead of the wedges I think you can build yourself something that is sold as blackboard-training.

Where can you buy that size of wedges? I can only find larger ones here in europe

@dmcgill9360 thank you for notifying me! I watched the video again and around 7:47 he does say he uses the anatomy in motion wedges. Guess I skipped that part because I was tired yesterday and wanted to see the exercises as quickly as possible haha. Still don't see a link to them though but it doesn't matter because I already ordered them at a seller in Northern Ireland that ships to my country. Excited to try them!

I'm sorry but as a person with no background is PT or biology, this is 90% jargon. I wish you would talk in simpler terms so that the average person could benefit from the information.
