Smart glasses will be everywhere in the Future.
Is that person in Burger King gonna try ban everyone with glasses when that happens.
Fliming laws are silly grey area the public cannot film inside; they required permission from the shop owner, but customers get paranoid about you uploading to TH-cam, but they are not afraid of being filmed 24/7 in city centres, banks, and shops. What a strange world. Just carry on filming. I love watching your videos. Next time they ask, stop filming, say I require this for my own protection. Dangerous people around😂
It's Wednesday, it's Wednesday; time to watch Atlanta deliver food 😀😀😀
Thank you❤️
Just keep filming everywhere else that hasn't said you can't. it's just one person's opinion on that place only.
Keep doing what you do 💪
Thank you! I will!!
10:09 Love that Gatsby-style tune! Would have been cool to make the drive sequences in old black & white style mode. Keep up the good ( hard ) work Atlanta.
Thank you ☺️
Oh Dear Atlanta You Got Banned From Filming That's Okay So Lovely Video My Friend
Dear Atlanta💖! If BK don't like you filming then file them under the same heading as Asda and avoid them! I often had customers who opened the door and gave me a puzzled look, then said they'd "forgotten the shopping was arriving this evening"-if ANYTHING is due to arrive here then I'm watching the map and outside like a hawk👀🦅! Thank you for taking us along-looking lovely as always💖😊
Appreciate the comment❤️
I got this a few times. All they can do is say, Stop filming; leave the private property, but you can continue to film outside on the public pavement. You're working as an individual; you don't need to follow any GDPR; you're the data handler yourself. You can actually take the biscuit with them, contact their data protection officer, send an email to the DPO, every organisation has one and request the CCTV subject access request "time and date" you entered the property.
They have 30 days to comply with any GDPR request. They will have to respond because they work for a organisation; they are the data handler. If they don't comply, get them fined file a complaint to the ICO. 😂
Yeah BK here in the states have a sign on the doors and drive thru windows no video or audio recording will be allowed to be done on the premises. But the best is they can LEGALLY RECORD YOU. Yep they won’t allow you to record yourself or audio but let’s say you for kicks you assaulted a person in the store the cops can legally look at the in-house recording to see what happened. Let alone the cops here in the states wear body cams so do they ask them to shut them off if they are investigating a crime/disturbance at the store.
To me it’s half arse backwards since you could be like me having to wear glasses and hey I could buy a pair of those camera glasses and guess what I’m actually recording you.
Yeah for sure!
Hi how long did you wait to approved your application from Deliveroo ?
Yep I'm a watcher
Great 👍 and l enjoy your videos 📹 👍 😀 😊 😉 👌
Thank you so much 😀
I used to stay on the deliveroo app during the the packing process until they say driver on the way but when they say product out of stock there should be an option to add a different product but they just refund you instantly instead
Uber eats I used to wait till car icon started to move on map etc
Starship robots are great and I used to like watching the robots travel on the app but Tesco's stopped using the robots but coop still use the robots
do you like a tip in app or on the door step i tip on the door step most of the time ?
Either haha! Neither happen much! 😁
💜
❤️
thks
I find bigger franchises usually ban filming now my friend got told to stop at a local KFC?
Aw no :(
NO laws against filming in a public place,,,FACT,,, wrong information P.S applies to UK (dunno about rest of world)
You are confused. That is only relevant to legality and on public land. When you're on private property they can impose their policy and refuse you service.
That is so annoying when you have to cycle half way across town to find the pin point is for the same named road back the other way around town. You have the same right to use your camera just like businesses have cctv pointed out in the street to protect themselves. Sad if a delivery partner is not letting you film. As a rule of thumb 👍 I have read it is not good business practice to share company business, kind of hard if you are Vlogging so I do not know what to suggest I use to use a helmet camera. Same when someone orders with no delivery information or contact details or does not answer the door 🚪 absolutely mystifies me. Maybe just turn your camera off when at BK, they have cameras usually so you should be alright. 👍 bye 🙋🏻♂️
👍🏻
I mean you can blur the faces
I think you can say this camera is for my own saftey that what i say

Thank you😊
Weird..
As soon as you blur their face it ok .
I don’t put in anyone!
The rules on filming are simple - under UK law you're more then allowed to record video and audio in a public place, public access building, community building or park, as well as in/on private property (without permission) if it is open/accessible to the public.
It's like National Trusts' British Heritage sites; them try to impose rules of no filming or drone flying over, for example, stone henge. However they don't own airspace, the CAA control the airspace, and once again, the UK law on filming in public places, applies to recording video and audio on the ground from any type of device, be it a phone, or a full blown movie casting set up.
They can ask you to leave based on trespass though - and if they do, you should leave within due time; this may mean you have to cancel the delivery and miss out on that particular opportunity.
Also, to note - they cannot enforce you to stop recording a body worn camera - as this camera can be used for evidence, should an event happen in which it needs to be used in a case. You are allowed to continue filming for personal protection needs. It is then your choice if you wish to publish it online, or keep it confidential
