If they wanted to do it logically, you should only get called when you _at least_ have the amount of money needed to buy the cheapest property, *or* only call about (next property) after you've bought (first property). The way they all call, I seriously thought I was supposed to by the nightclub before anything else because Tony calls so often; only realized what was going on after I read some money making guides.

When I started playing GTAO I bought a small garage and absolutely loved it. I used it as a safe haven from the incredibly wild streets in the Free Roam lobby. I grinded the hell out of contact missions to upgrade to the Alta high end apartment - it was amazing and I thought that I had made it. lol. I still have that apartment years later and randomly jump in it to take a walk down memory lane.
@@kenny-ph9dwI began my criminal career in GTA:O before the first heists were released. It is pretty amazing how much staying power the game has had. Back then, random drive-by shootings, vehicular homicide and death by sticky bombs stacked your kill count. The lobbies now terrify folks by way of the Oppressor Mk 2. In my opinion, the game was a lot more fun and interesting before the Oppressors and other military land vehicles dropped by the bunches.
Same for me, Blue house in Paleto Bay. I know back in the day that I grinded up so much money to buy it. However I had all the money cash and I didn’t know how to bank it. So I could buy it and contacted rockstar support etc. So dumb. I still love that house and like I mentioned in another comment. I’ll sell EVERYTHING but that house
@@emanuellopez6147 how? it is by far the most you will ever get out of 10 dollars in gta and is by far the most worth it purchase you can possibly make and it even comes free with the game now.
I have Lombank West because it's close to the beach, and also close to my apartment, warehouse, nightclub and arcade. So I have all my business essentials close to each other, and I like it.
2:35 The vehicle garage on Elysium has a special advantage though, it's located right on the train tracks that run North-South cutting through the entire city. This is incredibly useful since you have basically a mile long "private road" to get to your warehouse that enemy NPCs aren't programmed to drive on. Also other players trying to chase you will never know to use the railroad and will never catch you. Also, it's just really fast since there's no traffic and no turns, you just gun it down the railroad at full speed with zero turns.
@@yaago First of all, only danger on railroad(NPC wise) is train itself. But there is a lot of space to dodge it almost at any point of road, except for bridges. Second, it's mostly straight, and won't turn into Q loops, or shit like that, so it's very easy to drive onto it, especially on bikes, and cuts a lot of distance than usual road. Third, even when being pursuited by THAT FKING OPPRESSOR MK2, it's still valuable choice, because, for LS, there is plenty of underground sections, where oppressor loses most of his advantage, and you can even kill the griefer if you're good at drive-shooting, and even when outside of LS, it's much easier to dodge rockets, because you don't have to worry about peds on cars, spawning into your face to ruin everything
trapical great thanks for saying it, now everyone’s gonna know and Cockstar is going to patch it by making a train spawn and be programmed to hit you and blow you up so we can’t drive on the tracks and have to experience their great AI on the roads...

Oh Yeah Yeah even when you do the act 2 glitch there’s so much shit in the game to buy that you’d have to do the glitch 100 times to get the fun taken out of the game
The one reason to get Lombank West is that it has beautiful views. It overlooks the ocean and pier for most of the views in the garage. It also has a fairly good location
I'm ridiculously guilty of the same. I have over a 100 vehicles fully upgraded and customised. I'm a car guy, so I've basically put all the money that I've made back into my businesses so I can make more money so I can get more cars. [8 )

The Lombank Office is actually (in my opinion) the best office. 1. Can park more than multiple air vehicle on the roof (Cargobob and Buzzard) 2. Only 1 level on the roof (No stairs) 3. Great view 4. Great sniping perch 5. Aircraft spawn on the beach, can parachute down 6. One of the better office garage entrances 7.Did I mention the view? 8. It's the perfect hight for me (Around what I fly at) Now, I'm not saying to get this office right off the bat, but once you have everything then you can upgrade property's. Also, why was the Maze Bank Tower not on this list? Building is fall af, is almost twice as much as acradius. Not to mention the multi level road system surrounding the building. But that's just my thoughts.
Arcadius is still better, the view doesn’t matter Why would you have to snipe? Sure stairs in the roof are clumsy but it legit takes 10-20 seconds to climb Why the fuck you need multiple air vehicles? If aircraft in the beach matter then get mazebank west it’s cheaper
Laika Iwanowa no your wasting a decent million when you could save up for a business that makes you money, when you get to 10 mil and own everything sure go ahead, but if your trying to make as much profit I doubt the location of my garage or who I can snipe matters.
Personally I always really liked Lombank west; It has great views of the ocean and downtown; is easy to get to; fastest roof access; not so tall it takes very long to climb high enough to land on (maze downtown is a pain to land on if you are coming from close by as it can take a bit to climb up high enough in the helo; and I kind of like the area. Its biggest downsides, is the ramp is kind of steep and a bit of a pain to get into quickly, and there is no driveway for the main entrance (and its expensive). I still strongly think about moving back to it again, (I am in maze downtown right now) as I miss being there.
Professional don’t hate me but I used to be a cargo griefer with a hydra but you have helped me switch to a friendly grinder and I have made loads more money I just want to thank you for your help over the weeks
Well, for a player who's beginning, Lombank is a no-no. For someone who's have a lot of money and want something in a fancy location. Lombank is a must have.
Not even for people with lots of money, if you get it on sale as I did. Still, the two in the middle of the city are over populated in my experience, while Lombank is not as much due to that standard price difference.
People buy 5 warehouses so that they can fill them up and just wait for 2x money to sell. However, these people are usually old players who are tired of non-stop grinding.
You think that’s bad? I spent 2 weeks supplying my hanger for 1 mil, when I did the sale I was using my kuruma, as soon as I got to the building there was 4 people all in their own khanjalis. I own a night shark now and my kuruma is somewhere in my office
My friend owns a facility that’s on the exact top of the map, so me and my other friends are always complaining to him to sell it and get a new one whenever we’re doing his facility heists😂
I have Lombank West because no one expects it. Plus I like the height advantage and the great view from the window. It was on sale, so I thought "why not." It's not that bad Professional.

Just some advice for starting out players, if you want Eclispe Towers, get Apartment 9, it has a really great view of the Vinewood Hills, the City/Skyscrapers and at night, you can see the Ferris Wheel glowing and it only costs $373,000.
This is a really good guide for a new player. Because they might go straight for the arena workshop when t in reality is useless. Great video pro. This will help a lot of people
Yacht needs to be revamped, would be cool to have stromberg storage or space for a mk2 kraken if we ever get a naval themed update. I wish we could change it into an aircraft carrier for more plane storage. It doesn't even have to be a business, it could be a quality of life change that keeps yacht defenses that enable players to take off with out being bombed as soon as they leave the hangar bc a ghosted jet is lurking.
Arentu here’s my theory right? Why was the Stromberg and the APC on sale? They’re both water vehicles & ban go in deep water; naval is definitely coming

I think I'm funny but I'm just some retard you literally don’t need the lombank office tho You can just get the maze bank west office for like 2 million dollars cheaper, and it’s literally only a block away from lombank.
elysian nightclub can be useful for luxington business battle, and its more secluded which can be a benefit in full lobbies. Agreed with it being horrendous for sales.
I will say this. I would recommend people buy a Hanger, Bunker, and Facility that is around Fort Zancudo so that they will be next to each other. Its been very helpful. As for the MC business always get the ones in Sandy Shores not in the City or in Paleto Bay. For a Nightclub get the one that is close to Vespucci Beach and next to the cheapest Office that cost 1 Million. Thats my recommendation for the best locations for your businesses.
I have all of my business stuff for CEO and nightclub in Del Perro, MCB stuff in Sandy shores, and my hanger, facility, and bunker in Fort Zancuto Location
@@zachofalltradezz i have my office at Del Perro , next to my apartment, but i bought the vespucci canals nightclub since it has good access to highways too and all my mc stuff is at great chaparel/sandy shores :-) .. it is extremely rare not to be able to complete any sales mission from my mc businesses
Lombank West is actually good. -Best View of all Offices -You can parashute to a personal aircraft spawn from the roof -You can snipe people on the Beach from the roof -It gives you sort of a VIP feeling because nearly noone owns it. And more. I own it and I'm happy with it. When you have the money, I would recomment it. The fast acces to personal aircraft is my favourite reason for having it.
@@redgequit Same, i made the upgrade from the Maze Bank West office. From that rooftop I can parachute to my personal aircraft spawn, MC clubhouse, and Nightclub, and if I spawn the terrorbyte I can also Parachute to that, very useful when doing Import/Export because after a sell, you park your Cargobob on the helipad (without entering office), and can then choose to do Client Jobs, Nightclub Sales, or MC club work (very rare as the payouts suck compared to VIP/CEO work, but the option is open) while waiting for the I/E sell cooldown to end.
The only reason I bought the Lombank West office was because it has the best view outside the windows. You get to see the city AND the beach together. Also, the majority of my business locations are by the Del Perro/Vespucci areas, so I wanted to keep everything localized in that region.
Khoa Do basically, rockstar wants players to destroy each other's shipments to discourage grinding...and the only other "legal" alternative are shark cards.
SpeedHomeAttack it's obvious. Rockstar doesn't care anymore. Go watch The Professional video on double standards. They just want shark cards you uncultured swine
@@Darthloopgames they hate the professional because he encourages grinding, the ddoser who ddosed him was probably a rockstar employee so they could hold him off and stop him from discouraging shark cards
That’s like saying there’s no point owning more than one car just buy the Vagner and be done with it. Buying things is the reward for grinding, someone might be in to owning multiple high rise apartments.
You could get a medium warehouse to sell at 27 crates which I think is the perfect balance between risk and reward. Selling at 9 crates doesn't make you much money and 111 crates is tedious to get and the sell missions are stressful and can have 3 delivery vehicles. Selling at 27 crates will only have 2 delivery vehicles when it's a truck mission which are pretty quick and easy since the deliveries are all in the city.
Paleto bay bunker is fine only if you are selling 210k stock solo in a solo public session it works fine just make sure you have an up n atomizer in case something gets stuck
I bought it during a 50% discount, and I don't regret it. In my opinion, the view makes up for the price. Thus, my advice to grinders: if you're on a strict budget, buy the Mazebank West office. But if you have a lot of money saved up during a 50% discount sale, Lombank West isn't a terrible option if you care about aesthetics such as the view it provides.
I mean, I only got the Lombank Office because I wanted an office that had a better view of Vespucci Beach. Yeah, I usually do try and save up my money and don’t make unnecessary purchases, but the Lombank Offices was the ONLY one I did on this list. Honestly, I don’t really regret it anyways because I still like the building. But I do understand where you’re coming from in a “Grinder” Point of View.
I disagree with Lombank West, here a view reasons why it is the best one: -you have a perfect sniper tower in a popular area and you will have the highground against people on the 1M ceo building -you can jump from the roof and have your personal aircraft spawned on the beech were you land with your parachute. -most people have the cheapest or the most expensive one, so you it is not to see ahead.
The reasons you stated arnt even to do with the point of having an office. Why would you ever be o top and be sniping someone? And there's plenty other building dunno why that specific one you should spend 3.1 mil to snipe on
Those are bad reason LMAO. First, why would you need a "perfect" sniper tower with a highground against Mazebank West? That's useless because nobody is going to snipe you on top of the Mazebank West. Even if someone are, they're going to go back to their office by the time you were sniping them from your office and you could do nothing about it. As for your second point, can't somebody with Mazebank West office do the same thing but instead of Parachuting, they drive which is going to be 5-10 seconds difference max for 2.1 million less. As for your third point, it's not even a point, is it? It's only feature is the beautiful view, and that's it.
When I join as a random I want to quit when they host the heist there but I tell myself they will use the money that I help them earn to move to in order to stay.
thanks for this video. As GTA 5 online for most players. Is so frustrating to play ever since Rockstar introduced futuristic weapons as well as the griefer player community. @ professional . 1.what are your hopes for GTA 6 And as you have made £600 million 2. what are your plans? And Do you hope that Rockstar will reward you for your grinding efforts 3. Are you expecting new DLC to come out 4. And do you think that Rockstar will ever listen to its fans and bring back the GTA franchise by getting rid of all futuristic weapons and griefer players 5. And do you think Rockstar will create new heists DLC and create mansions and the casino DLC And do more for single GTA players.
I find that Vespucci Canals and Rockford hills are a great place to buy, you are also quick to get on freeway for chumash bunker, helicopter spawn is nearby, Clubhouse, nightclub, agency, ceo, office, arcade are all in that chunk of the map so buy in the North West part of the city and West. Vespucci is nice, great place to make a hub, its pretty easy to manage from this area.
I’m pretty rich... and I chose the lsia hangar over the zancudo ones, I did this cause it’s in the city and right next to all the fun, it’s not a bad purchase at all
The Lombank West building has a great view of the beach from the garage. That’s the only great thing about it, I’m guessing that’s why It’s an extra 2 mil. I bought it years ago because it was fun looking at the sun set.
@@kingchalupa4184 look outside of maze bank west, you see that there is a ceiling outside the office overhanging the window, that is because the office is sent into the building, and the exterior windows are made invisible, the 2 in the center of the city are circular, so thats obvious, Lombank has the pillars every 5 window panes, just like the outside does
I literally own route 68 all of my businesses are there (excluding hangar and CEO businesses) its so easy to buy supplies all i have to do is take a 30 second drive from place to place
@@user-sd7ms3sy9q Nothing to do with stupidity. Actually, no business is easier to do in a populated lobby than imp/exp. When you drive the sale car instead of flying it with a slow cargobob, not only will you arrive faster, but missiles can't lock on to the car which renders oppressor griefers powerless (talking from experience). I've set up my vehicle warehouse in such a way that the only vehicle i sell or steal is the x80. There is no oppressor or griefer in all my years of playing GTA online that has blown up or car-jacked my x80. If you watch Broughy (a racing youtuber who test every single vehicle in the game), you would know that the cargobob is only barely over 100 mph, which makes it one of the slowest vehicles in the game. It's so slow that if you and raced me in my x80 (x80 is one of the fastest vehicles in the game) from the city to paleto bay, not only would i get there before you, but i would be on my way back to the city before you reach the finish line.

@@kenny-ph9dwI began my criminal career in GTA:O before the first heists were released. It is pretty amazing how much staying power the game has had. Back then, random drive-by shootings, vehicular homicide and death by sticky bombs stacked your kill count.

Also, it's just really fast since there's no traffic and no turns, you just gun it down the railroad at full speed with zero turns.
how so?

5. Aircraft spawn on the beach, can parachute down

Meh, both maze offices have the best garage entrances.
Laika Iwanowa no your wasting a decent million when you could save up for a business that makes you money, when you get to 10 mil and own everything sure go ahead, but if your trying to make as much profit I doubt the location of my garage or who I can snipe matters.
Fragment I totally agree I switched to Lombank office when it was on 50% sale a month ago :)))

Please don’t start Heists from the stilt houses.....they are the worst🤬
i agree.. the roads are murder for heist access.. it's much easier to start heists from appartments in the city
Yep should have been at least a special mention. Stilt houses in the game way overpriced and the roads are terrible with terrible NPC drivers.
When I join as a random I want to quit when they host the heist there but I tell myself they will use the money that I help them earn to move to in order to stay.
There is only one good stilt house for heists. And that is if you want to go for elite challenges. North Conker 2045
@@heroriks5272 yeah I had a stilt house for that very reason but once I got the elite challenge I moved.
thanks for this video.
As GTA 5 online for most players. Is so frustrating to play ever since Rockstar introduced futuristic weapons as well as the griefer player community.
@ professional .
1.what are your hopes for GTA 6
And as you have made £600 million
2. what are your plans? And Do you hope that Rockstar will reward you for your grinding efforts
3. Are you expecting new DLC to come out
4. And do you think that Rockstar will ever listen to its fans and bring back the GTA franchise
by getting rid of all futuristic weapons and griefer players
5. And do you think Rockstar will create new heists DLC and create mansions and the casino DLC
And do more for single GTA players.
Lombank west is my favorite Office because it has the best view
I find that Vespucci Canals and Rockford hills are a great place to buy, you are also quick to get on freeway for chumash bunker, helicopter spawn is nearby, Clubhouse, nightclub, agency, ceo, office, arcade are all in that chunk of the map so buy in the North West part of the city and West. Vespucci is nice, great place to make a hub, its pretty easy to manage from this area.
Top ten best locations to grind: #1 the union depository.
Troy Powers
Great and sadly underrated humour!!
I actually like the LSIA nightclub
Same
def the coolest place for a nightclub
Gage Worthington near to hangar, real convienient
Great video pro! Keep it up man!
The only reason why I bought the bunker in Paleto Bay was because it was free
I’m pretty rich... and I chose the lsia hangar over the zancudo ones, I did this cause it’s in the city and right next to all the fun, it’s not a bad purchase at all
The Lombank West building has a great view of the beach from the garage. That’s the only great thing about it, I’m guessing that’s why It’s an extra 2 mil. I bought it years ago because it was fun looking at the sun set.
I am happy to see that you enjoy your 2 million dollar view.
Its also the only office where the interior actually fits inside the exterior correctly
@@ClaytonTheCracker I don’t follow?
@@kingchalupa4184 look outside of maze bank west, you see that there is a ceiling outside the office overhanging the window, that is because the office is sent into the building, and the exterior windows are made invisible, the 2 in the center of the city are circular, so thats obvious, Lombank has the pillars every 5 window panes, just like the outside does
the paleto bay bunker was the first ever business i bought when i got gta 5 😭 i didn’t know what i was doing
I only bought it to get the heavy sniper
3:49 (Dramatic entrance)
The Elysian Vehicle warehouse is great for cargo-bobbing + you can ride the railroad tracks straight to it and avoid all traffic.
Honestly I bought a 6 car apartment on my second character’s just because I like the look better for my muscle cars
6 I have like 30 muscle cars and maybe 3 super cars I like muscle cars the most
I totally disagree about the office. Lombank has definitely best view of all offices, worth every penny.
I literally own route 68 all of my businesses are there (excluding hangar and CEO businesses) its so easy to buy supplies all i have to do is take a 30 second drive from place to place
Arcade?
So do you have the Route 68 Facility? And if so, is it difficult to get to when doing Doomsday heists?
The Facility on top of the hill
@@bl8780 its very good for doomsday hiests bcuz ur in the middle of the map so ur close to everything
I have done the exact same thing as you, with Route 68.
El burro warehouse is good with the cargobob close spawn
Thx
@@user-sd7ms3sy9q Driving is better when in a full lobby. That cargobob is going to get blown to hell.
I don't even get slightly nervous when i see an oppressor approaching because i already know i'm going to embarrass him.
If i tried the same thing with a cargobob, then it would be stupid like you say.
@@user-sd7ms3sy9q Dude, i just told you I've never been destroyed by griefers in imp/exp for as long as i've been playing (when driving the x80). Do you think only "noobs" were the ones attacking me?
and about the cargobob making things faster.
2343 919Designs guys, it’s easy: just clean out the lobby before selling anything and use the cargobob fir import export... I don’t want to take any risks with NPC drivers nor real players.... unless of course it’s for fun / a change...
I like my Lombank Office. Only rooftop without a stairway maze.
I like my Elysian Island Night Club. There are 2 personal aircraft spawn locations. Some sell missions I can use my Cargobob.
I love how rockstar gives you the shittiestlocations with the starter pack
Eccentric Sauce well the ceo is *ALRIGHT*. Well it’s only alright
Ik
The only good location in this pack is the cash business but it's still not worth it
I love how you bought a starter pack
Grap3 23 well I mean it aint a bad way to start gta online. But I regret buying it
21 Savage: how much money you got
Professional: a lot
7:54 another perspective is: it has an awesome view to the beach
Not worth walk down the street from the Del perro building
