Wow. The nature of the State explained in a cartoon that even a child could understand. As a child, I used to watch Rocky & Bullwinkle, but don't ever remember seeing this one. It has everything a libertarian could dream up: hyperinflation, oppresive taxation, hegelian dialectical false flag attacks where the ruler poses as the saviour, brutal, absolute dictatorship, giving away of other people's money to buy support/votes...
It's the one those first cartoons that parody of fairytales stories, that pioneered the idea 💡 to this now . As we see so many retelling of fairytales.
2:56 - 3:26: Is it wrong for me to think the adviser should've stayed dead while he was exposed after the tree hit him? Because the cutaway was pointless.
It’s sad that the world has changed I watched these as a kid in the 60’s and 70’s
This show would never air today. It's way too racist
“Sad the world has changed” is a very general statement.
In general yes, they weremore wholesome times no matter what these kids are saying.
In terms of rampant inflation, the more things change...
And people from the 40s and 50s said the same things about the 60s and 70s.........etc for every generations.
It's sad people are suck selfish creatures.
"They didn't just despise him. They actually hated him."
Oh you don't say.
Let's throw this in the moat, and see if it floats....
Love the advertising jargon here!
This was really nice.
Wh dont they make cartoons like this anymore.
I don’t think anybody has the talent to do these type
Benson's idea was the best because it got him killed in the least amount of time.
There's an important lesson in economics here.
This is how many people like Rocky and Bullwinkle!
Now we know who let the dogs out. :)
Still funny after all these years.
This was actually a learning lesson.
T'Challa and fractured fairytales. who could imagine.
I watched these on VHS when I was a kid in the early 2000s. They’re somewhat timeless lol you can bet my kids will see it too someday
Beed: We'll point out your war human qualities
King: What warm human qualities?!
lol

And all that detail compacted in just under 5 minutes?
Talk about informational!
Loved it as a kid and love it just as much today if not more!
One of the single best cartoon clips I have ever seen.
"Bobble, Bangle, Bead...and Bannon!"
Benson. :)
Turnips are both the ultimate punishment and the town's greatest income.
Loved these as a child..
Enjoyed watching these with my kids whenever I had a Saturday off work.
This one the funniest Fractured Fairy Tales episodes.
I remember when Midas painted cars.
It's the one those first cartoons that parody of fairytales stories, that pioneered the idea 💡 to this now . As we see so many retelling of fairytales.
Someone should have told King Midas to open a muffler shop.
Oh the number of people who can't even afford to live in a modest little place...
2:09 - I closed my eyes and visualized Granny from Looney Tunes saying that.
Rocky has phenomenal arm strength.
Economics lesson!
What would happen if Midas and his son shook hands?
Anything can be "Gold". Water can be gold.
everything falls to ruin, good parallel
redemption in a spray shop o.........kay...........
I guess that's where the fracture comes in. ...
YAS SLAY KING MIDAS DAT BEARD ON FLEEK
Pretty good commentary
2:56 - 3:26: Is it wrong for me to think the adviser should've stayed dead while he was exposed after the tree hit him? Because the cutaway was pointless.
1:18 MEME
Super interestng
Welcome to inflation
Imagine touching a dog and it turned into gold.
You'd get a golden retriever.
Why didn't he keep the turnips they threw at him? He wouldn't be rich but he'd have "money"
Go figure
2:08
She sounds exactly like the witch from Looney tunes
Same voice actress.
June Foray.
I thought that was mel blanc; in the looney tunes credits only his name was listed
@@tsitracommunications2884 Yes. Meaning everybody who saw those credits might assume that he did all the voices for every single short. He didn't.
@@yosefdemby8792 ?
Haha, enjoyed.
I sometimes feel King Midas invented the Democratic Party.
Let's try to keep it out of the rocky and bullwinkle clips.
I use watch the show
😊.
What if King Midas had jerked off would he then be known as Goldendick?
Only if he had then chosen to expose himself publicly.
mrzoperxplex no love he'd be GoldMember
Can somebody tell me the actual story?
It luuuuuuuv revenge sex, I've been having A Lot of that..... Mmmmmmmm
Trump-ish, isn't it?
